Miraculas Entertainment is a premier DJ company that provides one of the finest DJ's in the Bay Area. From school dance to corporate meetings to weddings, Miraculas Entertainment has the grooves to keep you moving all night long.

Headed by Lou Pagdanganan (aka DJ Miraculas), Miraculas Entertainment combines both music, performance, and sound knowledge into one to provide a premier service you won't get anywhere else. Here's what makes us different:

1) DJ Miraculas has been DJ'ng for 8 years and has mastered the art of mixing, to keep your music flowing seemlessly all night long. He has performed for many weddings, and can give you tips and ideas on what song to play for your first dance, bouquet/garter toss, and introductions. His musical styles range from Disco/Funk, Pop, Hip-Hop, R&B, Classic Freestyle, Classical, Jazz, Classic Rock, Ballroom, and much more.

2) Need a host? We have the energy, charisma, and personality to keep your event entertaining and running smoothly. We like to get you and your guests involved, which make your event an entertaining experience you and your guests will never forget.

Do you have liability insurance?
No
Describe your DJ style:
I have all genres of music, from Rock, Classic Rock, Country, Hip Hop, Classic Freestyle, Funk, R&B, Jazz, Classical, Pop, Ballroom, and much, much more.
What is your usual attire?
I normally wear a white dress shirt with a black tie, black slacks, and dress shoes. If needed, I can cater to "themed" parties, and I'm open to costumes!
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
No, though it would be helpful. If not, I am also part of a DJ record pool and I also have access to Itunes in case I need to purchase a particular song.
How many other DJs do you work with?
None at the moment, though I look to expand in the future
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
4 hours
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
Yes, I offer a free consultation for the bride to get to know me and what I offer before she makes her decision to book.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
I specialize in Filipino Weddings, but cater to all crowds!
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, I provide my own sound system including turntables, speakers, wireless microphones, and lighting.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
Yes, wireless microphones (up to 4) as well as an intricate lighting system with a light truss. I can also provide audio support for wedding ceremonies that are on same-site as receptions.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
Comfortability, I like to arrive 2 hours before the start of the event, but I normally take 45 minutes to an hour to setup. I like to have extra buffer time in case I need to troubleshoot. I do not require a table as I bring my own.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
None.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
I can host an entire reception if needed or I can simply make small announcements, however much the couple would like me to do.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I do require a meal break, however I do not require that the wedding party provide my meal. I only require that the wedding party notify me ahead of time whether they will or will not, so that I can arrange for food for myself in case I need to.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
If I do take a break, I will definitely arrange for music to be played during that time.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, I have developed relationships with 2 other established Bay Area DJs who have agreed to be my backup in case I become unavailable due to an emergency.
What is your overtime rate?
$150/hr
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Yes, 35 miles are free (That is my service radius) and any mile after that comes at $0.60/mile

Lou helped us a great deal with the music. Even though he's young and knows all the most recent songs, he has been a DJ for a while and has a great knowledge of all different types of music. We went through the whole evening's program with him and he knew the best songs to pick for each part of the wedding. Our guests thought the music selection fit real well and really made the wedding flow better.

On top of that, Lou is a great guy. He is very open and flexible to changes. If you're picky and want to make all the decisions about music, he will respect your wishes. If you have no idea about the flow and timing and all those details, like I was, then Lou is there to help you. He even has a long list of music to give you ideas if your mind is drawing a blank. He is very professional and responsive to his client's requests. I was in pretty frequent contact with him throughout the whole process, which really helped eased my worries.

Overall, Miraculas Entertainment was a great choice.
