After searching several months for the perfect vendor to capture the most important day of our lives, we choose More Than Memories. At that time, Yung seemed extremely professional and experienced. We talked via email and met a month before the wedding to talk about specifics. On the day of our wedding he arrived promptly and was very accommodating. We were very anxious and excited to see the final result. He sent me a document to complete which asked several questions about my style and song selection for the video. We got married on November 17, 2007. A couple months after the wedding I contacted him to see where he was at and if he needed anything further from me. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. In February, I decided to send him another email - STILL NO RESPONSE. Waited another month and decided to start making some phone calls - guess what - NO CALL BACK. Finally in March I received an email from Yung and he apologized for not getting back to me sooner and to Please give me at the latest up to 1 month to finish your wedding video. Thanks (Yungs words exactly). The first week of April, I still didn't receive my video and sent him another email to see if he was still on track. To my surprise, he responded within a couple days and said it was in the mail and I should receive it shortly. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE because a day later he sent me another email saying "I'm sorry...wrong email sent it to you. Should be by 1st week next month! Thanks!" It is now May 10th and I still havent received anything other than an email from some gmail account telling they are finalizing the video and I needed to send them more information (very strange to me because a week after my wedding I completing a document with all the same info). They did ask for 5 pictures, which was not in their initial request. Here's the thing, I want my video to turn out beautiful, however, I do not appreciate the lack of communication nor false promises to receive the final product. A week from today will be 6 months from our wedding and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY VIDEO. Oh yeah, did I mention all the #'s are disconnected too???? Good thing I save all my emails because fortunately, I had his partners cell #. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR TO ANYONE!!!!!! If you dont believe me email me because luckily I saved all the emails!

We just got a copy of our wedding day video and it was mediocre, at best. Sorta cheesy (but maybe all videos are cheesy?). The truth is that my husband and I did not plan to have a videographer (just an outstanding photographer), but my parents really wanted it, so we hired someone. It was about a month before the wedding and these folks were available. The company is run by Yung, the owner, who seems nice enough, but my big mistake was that I did not meet my videographer before the wedding day. Yung assured me all of his employees were professionals, and at that point, I was too tired to really care. Anyway, big mistake. Mike, our videographer, was fine in that he got the job done, but he was a big attention hound. He talked to all of my guests, my bridesmaids, and he would make comments about this or that. Like hed try to remind me to eat in case I fainted. I mean, when you hire a photographer or videographer, all you want is for them to be INCONSPICUOUS. They arent even supposed to be there! AND he often wanted to get the shot that John, our photographer wanted, but John, thank goodness, was such a professional that he basically made clear to Mike that he was going to get the shot. I also had to tell Mike that John got priority. Anyway, I cant really recommend them. But you know, they were cheap (cheaper than what other folks charged), so I guess you get what you pay for. For 11 hours of videography + editing, I paid $1595. A small update: I have since received a copy of our final DVD and Mike, our videographer, could not even for the life of him, record our wedding vows without shaking the camera! What a disappointment. Do not hire these folks! Lesson learned: You get what you pay for!
