The cost of the suits were reasonable and we got a free suit out of the deal.
They however have horrible computer systems. They were unable to remove one of the groomsmen who was no longer in the wedding party off the list. So every time we'd go in and talk to them they would ask us and we'd ask them to take him off. This happened several times. We also asked them to change the colors of the vest several times but the computer system or the people (not sure which) wasn't doing it right. So I was pretty worried the day of the wedding the colors of the vest would not be what we wanted because we did do it several times. Because there were two John's in our wedding party, they also told one of them he was a groomsmen when he was an usher. That caused a little embarressment when we had to explain to him he was actually an usher.

We rented our tux and paid in full 5 months prior to our wedding. When we went to pick it up the day before the wedding, it was the WRONG TUX. The manager was incompetent at addressing an error that was the company's--instead, she kept trying to say it was somehow our error. We had to tell HER to confirm our original choices by looking at our receipt (we had showed her when we 1st noticed the problem), and we had to push for everything. Eventually, after saying that there were none of our chosen style around, she managed to find one of similar size that "might" arrive by the next day. It did end up arriving, so the morning of the wedding we made a special trip to pick it up. After the wedding, when we contacted the company to report the problem & get compensation, we were told (paraphrased) "we got it right eventually, so we're off the hook. Oh yeah, and we're sorry for any additional stress we caused." When I outlined the deplorable customer service that we received from the store manager, we received a $15 customer service dissatisfaction credit.
