Before and during our wedding day, Northeast Exposure Photography (NEP) was very professional. They always responded in a timely manner and they were very helpful. However, after the wedding, it took them 3 months to make the proofs available for view on their website, whereas with my friends who also hired digital photographers, they had their proofs in approximately 2 weeks. To make matters worse, NEP didn't return my phone call or email for almost a month, which made me worry that the photos were ruined!

The quality of the photos (lighting, focus) is good and I am happy with it, but I wish Ron (1) took more close up shots of my husband and me, (2) was more creative, and (3) took more photos.

My husband and I purchased the traditional album, which we are happy with. The photo developer that they use is excellent. Once we ordered the album, we did receive it in a timely manner (approximately 6 weeks).

However, some months after we received our album, we decided that we wanted 2 additional 8x10 photos. Twelve weeks has passed since we ordered them online, and we have not received them yet. During the past 3 weeks, I have emailed them once and called twice to determine when we will receive the pictures in the mail, and they have not returned my email or call. They have already charged my credit card for the 2 pictures, and I am going to cancel the credit card charge if they don't get back to me soon.

Overall, they were very professional when they were still waiting to get their total pay, but it seems once they are paid, their professionalism decreases significantly. As a result, I would not recommend them to anyone. My advice to future brides would be not to give the total payment until after you receive the album (we paid everything I believe 2 weeks before the wedding day). Hope this helps others avoid the problems we have encountered!
