I was charged for something i do not even have!!!! When I cancelled it I asked will I be charged for the remaining balance and was told no by Angel and that they cant do that legally bc i do not have a dress yet WELL GUESS WHAT???? ... I WAS CHARGED $400!!!! Found out just now at midnight!!! I Am suppppper pissed!!! How dare they charge me one,for something I havent received and TWO without my consent. I am going to call tomorrow and if I do not get it back, I will sue! You cannot legally do this to someone. I told them anyways I would pay cash not to charge my card and she wrote that down. That is $400 I am missing now! DO NOT GO THERE you will be ripped off!!!

This has been the most horrible expirience of my entire wedding. I'm actually in the store now waiting to be helped speaking with three woman who have honestly had a worse expirience with this store than me.(one woman had her bridesmaids dresses ordered 6 months ago and has been told for two months her dresses will be shipped that week. Her wedding is in 3 weeks and she has no dresses for her bridesmaids.) My dresses were ordered 4 months ago and I was told they would take 6-8 weeks to come in. After no follow up 8 weeks later I started calling the store. Because they do not answer the phone and when in the seldom ocxurance they do, they place me in hold and do not return to take my call. I stop in after work weekly to see the progress on my bridesmaids dresses. The staff is unprofessional, lazy, sloppily dressed and difficult to locate when I come into the store.

Your wedding is stressful enough... No matter what deal you think you can grab here I would highly discourage you from even bothering to look at their bridal selections.

Worst bridal store ever!! If all the terrible reviews on here aren't enough to keep you away, just check out their better business bureau rating at Bbb.com, it's an F! 42 complaints against them and 41 have gone unresponded to. I waited for my bridal gown for well over 6 months. They kept delaying and delaying. I finally called another bridal store who contacted Maggie Soterro directly for me. They said my dress style and size and color were all IN STOCK and could be shipped to me immediately and I would have it in 3 days or less. I of course called Once in a lifetime to ask where the hell my dress was, and magically they said they confirmed it was shipped and would have it to me within those 3 business days so that I didn't go buy it elsewhere and dispute their charges my credit card. When I went to go get my dress, I picked out my "free" veil and headpiece. They agreed to ship it directly to my house so that I never had to go into their store ever again. Surprise surprise when it came over a month later...IT WAS THE WRONG HEADPIECE! Turns out they had allowed me to pick out a Maggie Soterro headpiece from the display case that Maggie has not made in over4 years! So you better believe I drove all the way down there screamed at them, told everyone in the store not to buy a thing from them, and then grabbed the Maggie headpiece (still on display) and took it with me, leaving behind the$15 dollar one they sent me in its place! Ohhhhhh and did I mention my dress was supposed to be a custom made size 4 petite? It was a size 6 regular and I had to pay an alterations place double to have it fit me correctly! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I cannot believe the 5.0 reviews on here, it must be staff or family. This company is absolutely awful! I wish I would've read the reviews before ordering, I did save some money here, but it was not at all worth it. I would've rather spent way more and had a pleasent experience! The staff is extremely rude, and unhelpful. The manager is no better herself, she hides behind her employees and never works. She never returns emails or phone calls. No one at their store returns phone calls. They lied to me several times, and actually hung up on me. I took me actually driving there and standing in front of them to get anywhere. I'm surprised they are still in business. I was told the owner doesn't speak to the customers, but was offered an email address where I could get in touch with them, and they NEVER returned my emails! The HORRIBLE customer service starts from the top I guess. PLEASE do yourself a favor and run in the other direction! I found them at the Arizona Bridal Show in June. We already called them to tell them about our experience, and they were not asked to return for theJanuary show. If you don't believe me about this place, check them out with the BBB, F rating! Overall, I did get my dress after many tears and frustrations and waiting!!! They ruined what should have been an exciting experience that every Bride deserves..

Once in a Lifetyme bridal was such a great experience for my bridesmades & me. The staff is friendly and helps a lot with our needs. What I mostly liked was that they gave me there honest opinion oh which dress would flatter me better. My mom was the most comfortable because they treated us well they even gave us some water. I went to them in Nov to price dresses. Took them a month to get back to me & that was after I called every week. I finally went somewhere else before getting any info. Ended up @ I do I do in Phx who were more than helpful. The dresses were ordered in April . Unfortunately, the owner went bankrupt in July, the shop closed w/ no notice.

My MOH called Da Vinci directly to see about getting their dresses. They said they couldn't send them directly to us. They called her back, said "Were sending them to Once in a life tyme,. I personally talked to the mgr about it , when you guys call /go in, theyll know what youre talking about" That was in July. My wedding is in Sept

2 wks before the wedding 2 of my girls had not gotten their dresses. They had to ship 1 to DC, they insisted they do it. She got it16 DAYS before my wedding, sent me a pic of the label. Itd been written on paper that had black squiggles on it, her name was wrong, & they sent it to "Washing DC". The other dress was ordered by I do I do after the 1st 2, Da Vinci said it would come a week later. When we called it was busy or would ring & ring. We left countless messages w/ the girls for the mgr. The ONLY answer we got was "Dont know where it is try next week" So I went in. Shop was empty. The minute Mona heard my name, started apologizing. Showed me the tracking for the DC dress & went back to get the tracking for the other. While she was gone, I noted the utter disarray of the entire place. As well as the phone sitting off the hook. She came back, said the mgr would be to see me. Told her about the convo had w/ Cherish the week prior where she told me I should "Just wait, since were doing you a favor. Its not like you came here & bought the dresses." Mona informed me that she was Cherishs mother, she raised her better than that. Then noticed me eying the phone. The minute she hung it up it started ringing. She answered It was my maid from DC inquiring again about her dress. Mona pointed at me saying "I just showed her the tracking slip it should be there tomorrow" When she hung up it rang again. After that she placed it off the hook. The mgr asked what the 1st call was about, Mona replied "Oh it was about the birdcage veil girl. Not her" pointing at me. I could hear my maid on the other end, the volume was so high, she also texted me she was on w/ them. The mgr assured me the DC dress would be delivered the next day as well as the other dress. Said theyd call my maid the next morning, tell her the dress would be in between 3-4 that day. They never did. She called them & when they finally answeredsaid its not here, should be after 5. 5:22- still not here, the mgr went to UPS to get it. 6:16- shes not answering her cell we dont know where she is she should have it. My maid was told that her dress was in the mgrs (Rebecca) car.

Next day I went in w/ my maid at 4:30. The doors were locked & there was another bridesmaid who had driven from CA (for the 2nd time), she was assured her dress was in. Rebecca got there, opened & left again to go chase down the UPS guy. A 1/2 hr later we finally had the dress. Rebecca heard our complaints & was very apologetic (too little too late IMO).

Im outraged that it took 2 1/2 months to get these dresses.The girls at this shop shouldve been on top of things calling &getting them here in an appropriate amt of time. They are NEVER busy when any of my girls or I have been there, we were the only customers there. My girls have less than 2 weeks to get alterations. The ONLY reason we went here is because the designer sent us here. As far as the "favor" Cherish was talking about, a "favor" wouldve been giving us a discount on the dresses like every other shop in town was offering to do for I do I do customers.

I wish my two bridesmaids who went here would have done their research because this has been a nightmare!!!! First off the dresses were ordered nearly 9 weeks ago and 3 weeks ago my bridesmaids were told the dresses were "lost" they kept blaming Alfred Angelo even though Alfred Angelo said the dresses were already shipped. So for 3 weeks after going back and forth with the dumb manager and whoever else works there my fiance had to take over and forced the owner to give him the UPS tracking number... after looking at the activity with the tracking number it turns out the dresses were NOT lost but had been attempted to be delivered 3 different times but every time they tried to deliver them the store did not have the payment for the delivery even though the dresses were paid in full already!! I am so angry and so confused as to how a company can function and stay open like this! They are so unhelpful and rude! Supposedly tonight the manager is going to the UPS hub to pick up the dresses so my bridesmaids can pick them up tomorrow.. with my wedding less than 3 weeks away I sure hope this is true! I will believe it when I see it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY/SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!! A couple of my bridesmaids ordered their dresses from here which ended up being a huge mistake!! All of the reviews are true. My girls ordered Feb 3&5 for my May 21st wedding. The first girl received hers and the other girls showed up a week before the wedding. She had already went to Davids to buy a similar one 2 weeks out because we were getting desperate. They NEVER call you back, put you on hold and don't pick up. 1st girl got excuse of the Chinese new yr the other excuse they gave 2nd girl was the tornadoes in AL wth?? My friend called the 1st hr they were open and got no answer so drove down to the store to find out all the girls were an hour late, missed the UPS delivery that left sign on the door saying they needed to go pick up boxes and pay COD $850.00!!!! The girl at my shop said shes heard horror stories of bridal shops who wait till the last minute to order because they use your money to pay other bills and its not a good sign when they pay delivery COD because who knows when they are going to come up with the money you already gave them that they already spent!! Its NOT worth the stress. They did make me a BRIDEZILLA!!!

This store has a completely incompetent staff including the manager Rebecca. I took notes of all of my dealings with them specifically so that I could write this review. I called 12 times in March and April of 2011 and was always put on hold for over 10 minutes. Okay, I admit that I had read the reviews about this place and was hesitant to even walk in the doors to even look for a wedding dress but I did, and I am sorry to say that these reviews are true. Future brides/bridesmaids, I would NOT recommend this store. The employees are not bridal consultants. They are uneducated women that know nothing of their industry. I blame this on the management/owner. Here is my story if you are interested. When arriving at Once In A Lifetime Bridal, I asked for Nancy as she had the most positive feedback of the reviews. She helped me find a Maggie Sottero dress that I loved and the price was great. I ordered the dress in August of 2010 and she said that the dress would be in the first week of Jan, 2011. My wedding was April 1,2011. Plenty of time right, wrong. I actually picked up my dress one week before my wedding. When I went back in Jan 2011, Nancy was no longer working there. My biggest fear had come true….poor service and no dress with no compassion. When I asked about my dress being available, they couldn’t even find my order. All orders are kept in a filing cabinet in the front by last name. The girl took my name and number and said that she would call me when she found my order and dress status. To this day, I have never received a courtesy phone call from this bridal store. I have always had to call and then placed on hold for so long that I would hang upa and call again and would be placed on hold again. I then learned the best way to get an answer was to drive over each time in person and be a visible presence. This became a routine for me over the next 3 months. Upon finally finding my order, the dress was available at the Maggie Sottero warehouse in Utah and was ready to be shipped. For some reason, this bridal store does not proactively reach out to the manufacture to see if the dress is ready for delivery. I had to give my permission for the dress to be released and shipped to Arizona. The dress would be available in the next 7-10 business days. After receiving no courtesy phone call in 10 business days, I called to make sure the dress was in and was placed on a long hold and then again drove over to the store to be a visible presence. To my suprise, I learned that the dress was on its way back to the manufacture warehouse in Utah! I found it really dishonest that Once In A Lifetime Bridal wouldn’t provide a tracking number. At this point, I had no confidence in this store or its employees. My dress finally arrived one month later. I went to the store to try on the dress and I was happy with the dress. However, when I took the dress off, it was filthy! The carpets there are so dirty that in just that little time of me trying the dress on and walking to the mirror and back to the dressing room, the train was black. It looked like I had drug it across the parking lot. I demanded that they clean/press the dress and they agreed. The girl said that it would be ready the following week. When I returned to pick up my dress the following week, they couldn’t find it anywhere. I asked for the name of the dry cleaners and they would not give me the business name. At this point, I am enraged as my wedding is less than 2 weeks away. After leaving empty handed, I returned 2 days later and they had my dress. The stress was not worth the $ of the dress. I would pay double to have a pleasant experience.

Okay, I admit that I had read the reviews about this place and was hesitant to even walk in the doors to even look for a wedding dress but I did, and I am sorry to say that these reviews are true. Future brides/bridesmaids, I would NOT recommend this store. The employees are not bridal consultants. They are uneducated women that know nothing of their industry. I blame this on the management/owner. Here is my story if you are interested. When arriving at Once In A Lifetime Bridal, I asked for Nancy as she had the most positive feedback of the reviews. She helped me find a Maggie Sottero dress that I loved and the price was great. I ordered the dress in August of 2010 and she said that the dress would be in the first week of Jan, 2011. My wedding was April 1,2011. Plenty of time right, wrong. I actually picked up my dress one week before my wedding. When I went back in Jan 2011, Nancy was no longer working there. My biggest fear had come true….poor service and no dress with no compassion. When I asked about my dress being available, they couldn’t even find my order. All orders are kept in a filing cabinet in the front by last name. The girl took my name and number and said that she would call me when she found my order and dress status. To this day, I have never received a courtesy phone call from this bridal store. I have always had to call and then placed on hold for so long that I would hang upa and call again and would be placed on hold again. I then learned the best way to get an answer was to drive over each time in person and be a visible presence. This became a routine for me over the next 3 months. Upon finally finding my order, the dress was available at the Maggie Sottero warehouse in Utah and was ready to be shipped. For some reason, this bridal store does not proactively reach out to the manufacture to see if the dress is ready for delivery. I had to give my permission for the dress to be released and shipped to Arizona. The dress would be available in the next 7-10 business days. After receiving no courtesy phone call in 10 business days, I called to make sure the dress was in and was placed on a long hold and then again drove over to the store to be a visible presence. To my suprise, I learned that the dress was on its way back to the manufacture warehouse in Utah! 1. They will not answer the phone when you call. When they finally do it is most likely because you have called 15 times. They always put you on hold and you will stay there for 20 minutes. When they pick up they have usually forgotten who you are and what they are supposed to be looking for. You will have to re-explain it 3 times, getting put on hold again between each one! If you get tired of waiting they will very politely offer to call you back, but it is a LIE, they will NEVER CALL YOU BACK...EVER!!!
2. If you give up and go into the store it is the same thing. They always tell you over the phone how busy they are, but I never see other customers. You think, Great, i have them to myslef. But three sales girls there and they still ignore you for 5 minutes after walking in because htye are texting or on personal calls. You have to say excuse me just to get acknowledged. After you explain in detail your situation they say hold on, much like on the phone, and they disappear into the back where they stay for 10 more minutes. When one of them returned from "researching my dresses" she was BRUSHING HER TEETH right in front of me in the store!!!!
3. Their files are a MESS and they can never find anything. They forget what you need and you have to constantly remind them.
4. I ordered my skirt/slip from them in January and was told i would have it in 2 weeks. I paid in full. It is now march 16th and I juse received it today, TWO and a HALF months LATE. When i asked what the hold up was i had to ask 15 times because they kept forgetting about that. Then they told me they had a big show to do and ran out so they opend all their boxes and put them on the mannequins. WTF?!?!? MY skirt that I PAID for was now USED on a mennequin and they think that is ok and offer no discounts!!!

OMG this has caused me SOOOO much stress. It makes me ready for the whole thing to be over, and i am sad to be feeling that way about my wedding!

I was then told I may have to find a new dress because time was too short to get mine remade. The owner came up with a solution to fix my dress which I appreciate but he was very pushy which I didn't like. I ended up with the floor model dress which they helped pay for some alterations. This place is the worst store I have ever been into. The whole thing is a facade. You go in there thinking that they are so nice and helpful but when you order your dress, it never comes in when they say. They never answer their phone. You sit waiting on hold anywhere from 8 to 19 minutes. When you go into the store 3 weeks after your dress was supposed to be there, you get the run around and the manager Rebecca blames UPS while Anna and Mona are two retarded to figure out where your dress is; was it shipped? how do I find the tracking number? I can't find your file, is there another name it could be under? We think maybe it went to the manufacturer, when did you order it? All this information can be found in my file that they created when the dress was supposedly ordered. I am so upset and I am getting married exactly 10 days from now, I leave in 5 days to go to California for the wedding. I am going to demand a free dress now, free alterations, free steam cleaning, free jewelry, free hair pieces and a free veil. I cannot believe this is happening to me before my wedding and they act like it's nothing when I odered the dress 4 months ago! I took her advice and visited this store. I was greated at the front and after I registered the sales assistant took me throughout the store. It was great treatment! I tried on probably 20 dresses. She never complained once even though most of them were tie backs! (my fav) I ordered my gown that following weekend with my mom. We went back the next weekend for their bridesmaids sale. I definitely recommend this store to all brides! They were awesome!

They always have the best gowns and the best prices! I had to visit their twice for my wedding to pick out which gown I finally purchased. I had to decide between two gowns. Ugh! When I showed up Friday during my lunch hour the owner hadn't dropped it off yet. I told them to drop it off at my house and even though they said it'd be there within an hour it took almost FOUR!

Then, the day of the wedding I noticed my stepdad had the wrong tux! His coat had brown trim on the chest (all others were plain black) - so that will always be in my wedding pics!! I also found out that when my ring bearer showed up to pick up his tux they didn't have the right one so they gave him one that was half the cost (and didn't match the groomsmen). When the ring bearer's parents asked for a refund of the difference, Once in a Lifetime wouldn't give them one! When my stepdad dropped of the tuxes after the wedding, Once in a Lifetime laughed and said "we ended up finding the ring bearer's tux - it was on the wrong rack." That's not funny.

They have NO customer service, NO professionalism, and should go out of business. Not only do I recommend anyone reading this not use this place, I recommend you warn everyone you know!!

I loved this store for a couple of reasons. I could not find the Maggie Sottero gown "Alicia" anywhere. I called so many places. Some stores didn't even call me back. Some would just say "No, sorry" and had nothing else to advise or offer me. When I called Once in a Lifetime, they actually took the time to not only tell me the price of the gown, but also informed me of a borrow program available. They just had to check to see if my gown was available in that program. Unfortunately it was not. Some would just say "No, sorry" and had nothing else to advise or offer me. When I called Once in a Lifetime, they actually took the time to not only tell me the price of the gown, but also informed me of a borrow program available. They just had to check to see if my gown was available in that program. Unfortunately it was not. I bought my bridal, bridesmaids and rented my tuxedos from this store. They were really nice and I LOVED MY GOWN! I did not want a formal gown at first. I'm so glad I took their advice and tried a few on. I really felt like a bride in my wedding gown! They had the best prices on tuxedos too! There is much to say about this place and I am sure there are quite a few people who will agree with me.

If you want to call them forget it, they don't pick up their phone, it goes straight to voicemail and when you go down there to find out what is going on all that is said is we are very busy and can't be on the phone all day when they have bride's to attend to. Well I was a bride and definitely made a huge mistake even stepping into this place.
2. I did not purchase my dress from this place, however I had several bridesmaids that needed to order their dress made by Alfred Angelo and we put for a rush shipment and paid extra money and thankfully the dresses came in on time for the wedding but they were not in the time frame that was given. I really don't appreciate paying extra for a rush order when it could have been ordered for normal shipment.
3. Ok this complaint is the hugest complaint of them all, the most important thing all bride's need to know about this place. ALTERATIONS. So it is hard if you don't know of any alteration places and you are hoping and crossing your fingers that they they don't ruin your dress. Well, My Dress Was Ruined. Apparently there are blue markers used to mark where the alterations have been made so the person knows where the changes were made. Well, after giving them 1 month to clean my dress and get all the blue marks out of it they did not. I can't believe I had to walk downt the aisle with blue marker on my dress. I was devastated and so frustarted with this place, they told me they were going to send it to the cleaners, which I called the cleaners and they never received my dress. So this place had their associates trying to steam out the blue marker for over 30 days and there were several spots on the lace of the dress. Also, I had a laced up dress (corsette style) and when I picked up my dress I didn't realize that the back panel was missing because I was just so frustrated with this place I wanted my dress out of there. This store is so big! I loved the selection to choose from! The sales ladies were very nice and helpful. Everytime I went in they had a different sale going on. I had been in other stores where they told me the same sales pitch as they had the prior visit. I knew right then and there that it was a gimmic. I felt comfortable at this store. Rebecca called the owners to see if they would let me exchange the two dresses. Thanks to her going the extra mile, they let me exchange and I was able to have my dream dress! I broke down crying! Great selection and prices. I also liked the fact that they were open 7 days a week. My whole party had crazy schedules. Really convienent since they are so close to the freeway! This was the best store from all of my shopping experience! They had the best prices, selection and their sales assistants were very friendly! :) Rebecca was my sales assistant and she found my perfect dress! My gown came in plenty of time. I have very mixed feelings with this store. I went there, as my sister bought her wedding dress there, and because I had previously purchased a bridesmaid dress for myself there with no problems. I was skeptical as their public reviews have seriously took a dive off the deep end in the past few years but figured these girls must have been a few "bridezillas." I ordered my dress well in advance so if in the event any problems arose that I would have plenty of time to fix it. I had an estimated arrival date for the beginning of December and eagerly waiting for its arrival. The date came and went and no phone call from the store. I called each week, just once, to check on it's delivery. I kept getting the same damn run around and it was frustrating. I could tell that the women I talked to, although nice, were just making up ship dates, answers, etc. I would call to follow up on a date that one lady would tell me and come to find out that it never was a correct date...that it was just fabricated. I was nervous. Especially when my dress was "on a shipment expected to be delivered" that night. I called, since no one called me back like they said they would, and I was told (not kidding) that "the dress is lost and we are trying to locate it." What?? Omg it was stressful. Two and a half months AFTER my est arrival date my dress came. Glad I ordered it a year in advance. My bridesmaids also ordered their dresses from this store. Two came in great and the other one was a disaster. The lady who measured for this particular dress told us that although possible, would need minor alterations to fit, but that this size was the best option. Well the dress comes in, and with an estimated $300 in alterations (the dress itself didn't even cost half of that) we were told that it would be impossible. When the issue was brought up to the store we were the ones blamed and the lady who took our measurements said that we INSISTED on ordering this size against her professional advice. She must have been on another planet because this didn't happen at all. We are grown adults, if a certain size would have fit better then we would have ordered it. Anna and Nancee were a NIGHTMARE during this process and were increasingly rude. I worked in customer service for 7 years and I was just baffled at the scene unfolding in front of me. Mind you, this was ONE WEEK before the wedding. After quite the fiasco, I was told to go to the mall and try and find a dress there instead. Awesome. Eventually a deal was worked out with my bridesmaid, for a different dress that didn't even fit her that was from the rack (they didn't even have it cleaned for her), and my bridesmaid won't even talk about this "deal." WHAT a mess. I know we saved a great deal of money shopping here but it would have been worth it to me to spend the extra money and to not have had to deal with these problems. However, I must say that the only saving grace of my experience was a woman named Mona at the store. She was the ONLY one who was honest, nice, and would give a straight answer...and would actually call me back. THANK YOU MONA!

At first I wasn't sure about this place, but then I found the right sales clerk to help me. Nancy was very honest and blunt (which I like, and maybe some people would not). She helped me pick a dress that totally fit my personality and our wedding venue.

I brought my Mom and bridesmaids. I had everyone pick out a favorite dress they could see me in to try on. Nancy, the sales clerk, also picked out her favorite for me. Initially I loved this shop. They allowed me to order a dress I could not find anywhere and let me exchange it for another in the shop in case it did not work for me. No other shop would let me do this! I was so thankful... I mean we all know we have to try on a dress to make sure it is the right one. Once in a Lifetyme Bridal in Tempe is an EXCELLENT choice for your formalwear needs. I got my wedding dress there, and I also had my dress and my daughter's flower girl dress altered there. I believe in supporting the local economy, and this little mom-and-pop shop is an excellent place to do just that. They are certified distributers of Maggie Sottero gowns, and they really know their stuff. They were very helpful to me in all things wedding-day-attire related. They were also very fun to work with. Instead of acting like I was a burden to them, coming in without an appointment, they were excited to help me find exactly what I wanted. I could not say the same for larger stores, such as David's. They also had a better selection to choose from. The larger stores have more "stuff", but most of it is junk, and associates are typically not as committed to their customers. The staff at Once in a Lifetyme Bridal was kind, courteous, patient, insightful and just plain fun. Their seamstress is also amazing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!! Once in a Lifetime Bridal in Tempe SUCKS! I hate to be so blunt, but they are just a really crappy bunch of people and a terrible business.

I should have learned from the nightmare in getting my wedding dresss, but I went ahead and sent my bridesmaids there for their dresses anyway.

My bridesmaids went to order their dresses in early February for an April wedding. Upon trying to order the dress I had selected, they were told that there was no way to get the dress here on time. If they ordered it on a rush, it wouldn't even arrive until the week before the wedding, which everyone agreed was just cutting it too close.

I left work early on that day to race down to the shop and pick out a totally new dress for my girls. While on my way there, a woman named Anna said that she would call a few of their designers to find out which one would be able to get us dresses the fastest.

When I made it to the shop, Anna said she found a great designer that could have dresses to us in 4 weeks. I picked a design, got them ordered, and had everyone pay the rush fee to get them there ASAP. Anna told all of us, while we were all there together in the shop standing right in front of her, that the dresses would arrive around March 12th. It could be a couple days before or after, but because we ordered them on a rush, they would arrive around the 12th.

March 12th came and went. No dresses, no phone call from the shop. When I called the shop on the 16th, I was told they would be shipping out at the end of that week. They were suppose to have arrived around the 12th, but all of a sudden weren't shipping out until the 19th...already a week late.

On the 19th, I called to make sure the dresses had shipped. Someone there told me she would check and call me back. She never did. I called again on the 22nd and was told the same thing. I asked to be placed on hold while she checked. When she got back on the line, she said they had shipped and should arrive by the end of the week...now 2 weeks later than what we were initially told. I expressed my frustration and was told that she would pass a message on to the store manager, and have her call me back that day....never heard from anyone.

On the 26th...Still. No. Dresses. When I called THIS time, I was told that if they weren't in the shippment that was coming in that night, then they would arrive the following Wednesday.

Now, to recap: I couldn't get the dress that I wanted for my chicks because, even on a rush, they wouldn't arrive until the week before the wedding. So I picked out new dresses that were suppose to be able to get here almost a full month before the wedding. My wedding was on April 10th. I was now being told that my dresses wouldn't arrive until March 31st.....THE WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING.

When the dresses finally did arrive, every single one of us explained the situation and frustration, stating that the rush fee should be deducted from the balance due on the dresses, as they did not arrive when we were told they would. At the rate we had been going at, I could have had everyone order the original dress that I picked out.

The shop told us that no one ever said the dresses would be there by the 12th. Anna herself, the woman who researched the designers for me, who sold us the dresses, said she never told us that. The store manager said that I had never left any messages for her, as she never received a single one.

It was HORRIBLE experience. Once that shop has your money, they literally do not give a crap about you or your dress. They are rude on the phone, short in person, and LIE.

The only reason I used this shop was that they were open on the day all of my bridesmaids were in town. They are very disorganzised and really didn't seem concerned about helping us out. Any questions we had they seemed put off that we had the nerve to ask them. One of my bridesmaids who is getting married tried on a dress there. I love what we picked, and the price was fantastic. Service... eh? The business needs to work on their service. The really didn't help much, and actually complained about co-workers to me, more than really talking about what I was there for. Not real professional, but really... in the end, does it really matter if you get what you want in time, at a good price, with no real stress? I'd recommend friends go there... Do not use this company!!! The owners Frankie & Raylene are horrible once they get your money! We bought wedding gown @ Bridal Expo and they were very attentive BUT after that DISASTER!!! . Numerous problems with ordering BM dresses, swatches, Veil (never was ordered!!! by the staff) When you walk into the shop you get ignoired and when you ask for help the staff acts put out. They are lazy & incompetent. They have no clue what they have for samples, inventory, or what designers they represent. 2 days before they wedding still no veil ans had to go out and purchase another veil and when we confronted the shop manager Nancy, she couldn't do anything but call Raylene who said basically "too bad" and "take it or leave it" & that she wasn't compensating us for our trouble when they screwed up and didn't order the veil and when they did ordered the completely wrong color & style of veil. She had our money & we were stuck trying to find a veil in less that 2 days. STAY AWAY!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
