Where do I start??? Let's go with the negatives first. They broke my cake stand, didn't have the bridal room unlocked when we got there, and forgot the easel for our framed picture. I was told about my broken cake stand the day before my wedding at around 4pm. I had to get someone to constantly go to the office for the key to the bridal room and get the easel 1 hour before my reception was about to start. Plus, there was some misunderstanding about our contract but that was our fault for not reading the contract properly since we didn't know what to look for. Overall, a 3/5 since we picked the place for its technology, lighting and grandness. But we couldn't help feeling like we were forgotten since there were 2 other weddings going on that night. As for value, this place is extremely expensive but you can see where the money goes. They were also very professional, and the logistics manager went out of her way to try and replace my broken cake stand (probably why she didn't call until 4pm the day before). However, I would advise to be extremely careful with them when sigining the contract. They asked us how many people we were inviting, gave them a number and put that number into our contract which is why I said we were dumb. We should have only given then 70-80% of the # of people invited because turnout is never 100% so we had to pay even for the people who didn't show up since that was what we guaranteed. This underguarantee cost was also not negotiated before hand so they picked a random number and we had no say. I'm guessing they like to make at least $11K just for their small room on a Friday even when they aren't even doing the catering. Plus, the projector did not look HD as they had told us, but that's has to do with their in-house DJ& Lighting company whom you have to sign with if you're going with this hall. They did provide the hors d'oeurves and sweet table which I was told was excellent. So I guess in food, they're pretty good!
