Quality of Service
I had my wedding ceremony at St. Charles Borromeo and my family and I were treated like dirt. The father that had helped my husband and I along the whole time had no idea what he was talking about. He told us that it would only be a donation but on our rehersal night we found of from the churches assigned wedding cordinator(Lillian Hardcastle) that it would cost us over $800 dollars to have our wedding there. By then it was too late to change the place and it was very upsetting to find out days before the wedding. On my wedding day my runner was ripped up by the Cantor and Soloist (Joanne Campbell) and thrown away. She gave my mother in law a lot of attitude and was very rude. No one told us that we could not use the runner, instead we were told we could use the runner months before the wedding. Joanne and Lillian where both late the day of the wedding and my husband and his wedding party had to set up the church. They had to find the lights to turn them on, they had to find our box that was dropped off days prior with our unity candle, flower girl basket, and ring bearer pillow, as well as our basket that contained our wedding day pamphlets. During our ceremony the "father" didn't even know we had our own vows which Lillian was suppose to tell him three days earlier and he never incorporated our unity candle because it was missing. On top of it all the florist had no one to leave the boutonnieres and all the other flowers included with our order. This church has no communication and just wants your money. They do not care about who they step on or your special day.
