Overall, everything went excellent and our expectations were exceeded!

As we worked through the planning process, Alisha was professional and very accommodating. Every detail and change was taken on handedly as well as the expected last minute wedding nuances. Alisha even thought of the little things we had not, always making us aware of any changes or updates.

The wedding day itself went off without a hitch, start to finish. We expected to be overwhelmed with having to direct traffic the morning of the wedding but were pleasantly surprised to see Alisha, Natasia and Ela step in professionally and handle all of the minute details we really did not have time to take care of. All of our guests had a blast from beginning to end and we have heard nothing but great things about your food, service and staff.

The rooms... we could not have asked for more. Fantastic price aside we were very pleased with our rooms as a whole. We were frankly, impressed, finding wrapped up meals and champagne in the Bride/Groom suite. The little things that the Park Inn staffed provided made our wedding a hit.

Our daughter got married on 1/7/17 at the Park Inn and it was an incredible experience. We were not without doubts in the months leading up to the wedding, due to some changes in the coordinating staff, but in the end we could not have been happier. Alisha was absolutely incredible in tending to our daughter’s (and my) every need and making sure any issue that we had was addressed quickly. The ceremony went beautifully and the reception could not have been better. The bridal party was treated to their own separate happy hour after the ceremony so they could celebrate, and that was such a nice touch. The food and service at the reception was incredible. The staff was friendly and courteous and the bartender for our open bar was phenomenal. Alisha kept in constant contact with me during the entire event making sure that everything was going as planned. She stayed through the entire reception and before she left for the night came to us and asked if we needed anything at all before we left. The Park Inn then did all the tearing down of the reception room which allowed our family and friends to continue the celebration at the bars located at Blarney’s and Legends. I can’t say enough good things about how well this worked out and what a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception it was for our daughter and son-in-law. We would definitely recommend the Park Inn for any couple looking at this wedding venue.

Our daughter got married on 1/7/17 at the Park Inn and it was an incredible experience. We were not without doubts in the months leading up to the wedding, due to some changes in the coordinating staff, but in the end we could not have been happier. Alisha was absolutely incredible in tending to our daughter’s (and my) every need and making sure any issue that we had was addressed quickly. I originally booked this venue for our wedding because I was so impressed with the coordinator we met with at the beginning of the process. Unfortunately she left several months prior to our wedding and it was all downhill from there out. I was assigned to 2 different coordinators after that, with very poor communication and organization for several months. When it came close to our wedding day, our detail contract was a disaster with several mistakes even after my multiple attempts at communicating our details very clearly to the coordinator. The day of, an additional guest we added and paid for a week prior was completely forgotten about (linens, chair, meal choice, etc.), uplighting that was promised to us was not provided, the coordinator was not present, and the maître d' assigned to us was extremely rude and unprofessional to members of my family, myself, and my maid of honor. She attempted to get me to change the order of my wedding reception because she did not agree with it. Thankfully, things came together nicely for the most part (after my family intervened) and my guests had good things to say about the food and bar service. When I expressed all my frustrations and concerns following our reception, the manager did not offer anything aside from an apology via email.
It would be EXTREMELY hard for me to recommend this venue to any bride-to-be who is looking for a place that can provide valuable service and expectations of not having to worry about being even more stressed out on their big day because of lack of organization and professionalism that every bride deserves. Even despite the bang for your buck, I wish I could have anticipated these issues before choosing this venue for our reception.

The Park Inn is a great venue if your looking for something all in one place. The ceremony and reception were beautiful and the food was absolutely amazing.

The only reason I cannot give all 5's is because we booked about 2 years out. In those 2 years, there was a coordinator change. Somehow, our up-lighting, high chairs, vases for our boquets was all forgotten. I didn't notice this until the day after so not a huge deal. We were under the impression that our coordinator would be with is all day too. However, she didn't introduce herself until she was shoo-ing us away while taking pictures.

They squeeze multiple weddings into one day and don't space them out well enough. I'm pretty sure my guests had to wait to be seated because the wedding before us ran late.

Overall, very minor things. The ceremony and reception were still gorgeous and we're happy with how things turned out.

It was a beautiful location and nice to have the ceremony and reception all in one place. Didn't like that I had at least 4 different wedding planners in the 6 month period of planning time. Also that some of those never even contacted me. They scheduled other weddings that day to close together and didn't allow us enough time to get pictures at the ceremony site as promised. We had a great day even with a few hiccups. I was disappointed to show up to the hotel and be told that my maitre d had been changed. Lets back up a minute though. We were disappointed that the coordinator had changed earlier on, though we wish her well on her promotion. It wasn't the best transition but it all worked out in the end and Deb and Zeddie both, were a great help. Now back to the maitre d thing, I"m not going to be all picking and stuff but once one is assigned, it should stay that way. I know for sure that the girl we were supposed to have originally, would have done way better for us because she knew us from the meet and greets. The girls we had (one was new and being trained) did a good job anyway. Lets talk about value. What they charge for the extra "bars" is crazy. $50 worth of candy for $250? The buffet food was good but nothing spectacular, I did get a few complaints of it being cold though. Overall, for all inclusive, Good Job! Thanks for a wonderful day!

We dealt with 3 different coordinators. We booked with Courtney and then she left. The next girl we set up a detailing appointment with but actually had it with a different person because she quit. Then we dealt with Deb the rest of the way. We had to remind them of certain things like the chocolate fondue and up lighting. We still didn't have all the up lighting we paid for. It seemed like they were more worried about the other wedding with more people then they were with ours. The storm grates weren't covered like they were supposed to be when I walked down the aisle. If you're looking for an all-in-one place to have your wedding, this is it! For starters, the wedding coordinator Courtney was amazing. The staff at the Park Inn was amazing. The planning was simple and straight forward. For as many amenities included in the price, it was an awesome value. Included in the price, meals, beverages (we did splurge for the open bar), center pieces, cake, linens, tables/chairs, bride and groom hotel room for the night, they set up, they tear down, bride room, maître d, two ball rooms (one for the ceremony, one for the reception), the coordinator Courtney coordinated with the other venues, and our hotel room, during the event, was set up with two extra meals, champagne, two slices of cake, and our gifts were moved from the reception to the room. Reduced room rates for guests was available.
Courtney was very organized, able to handle two weddings at the Park Inn on the same day, flipping the first wedding’s ceremony room into our reception room flawlessly! Courtney paid high attention to our details, from the setup of the linen, to the specific drinks, and was very responsive to emails and phone calls in the weeks and months leading up to the event. She showed great flexibility when we had two guests that were vegan/gluten free restrictions.
We highly recommend the Park Inn for a one shop, value for your money, experience.
