What officiant services do you provide?
Civil Union, Non-religious Ceremony, Single Religion Ceremony
What religious affiliations do you serve?
Christian (no denomination)
Can you accommodate the hearing impaired?
Are you willing to perform a ceremony at a non-religious site?
Absolutely. I have performed ceremonies at Country Clubs, Hotels, private homes, city parks, the beach and even in my own home.
Are you flexible in the wording used throughout the ceremony, including the vows?
Yes. This is your ceremony and it should reflect your ideas and values. The ceremony may be religious, civil or non-religious or combination.
Do you allow the couple to write their own vows, if desired?
Yes. I also have a book with a large selection of vows that you may use to help give you ideas. Once your vows are decided, I type them on a card and hand them to you to read during the ceremony. Afterwards you can frame them...or you can repeat after me.
Do you have a list of readings pre-selected, from which the couple must choose?
I do have a selection of readings but, you are more than welcome to include a reading that has special meaning to you or touches your heart.
Do you require that premarital counseling be done?
Are you willing to perform pre-ceremony rehearsals?
Rehearsals are so important. During the interview, we go over the Processional, Altar and Recessional Formations. Then I chart them down, choreograph the entire ceremony and provide you with a detailed outline of the Ceremony. I go over every aspect of the ceremony with the Photographer, Videographer, DJ and the event coordinator. I print a copy the Ceremony Script for the DJ and highlight the areas where music should be played during the ceremony.
