Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
Our goal is to accommodate every bride that comes in to try on dresses so we do not take appointments and are on a walk-in basis only. However, we do require that brides arrive at least one hour before closing in order to try on dresses so please be sure to check our hours before coming in.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Bridal gown orders typically take anywhere from 4 to 6 months to arrive on a regular order, but the actual delivery time will depend on the designer. Rush options are typically available for an additional fee, and costs and delivery times will vary with each designer.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
We do provide bridal gown alterations on-site, and an appointment is required for alterations so that we can be sure that our seamstress is available to do your fitting. The first fitting appointment is typically done 6 weeks before the wedding and the final fitting is typically done 1 to 2 weeks before the wedding. Please be sure to call us at least 2 months before the wedding so that we can schedule a time that is convenient for you (but please note that because we can get really busy on the weekends that fittings only take place during the week).
