So this is hard to rate. I will explain though. I picked this photographer because they did a wedding that I was in and the pictures turned out great! I was warned by my friend that they don't get back to you that fast, but I thought, okay I'm pretty laid back so it will be okay. Little did I know what I was getting myself into. It started out pretty good. My mother and I talked with the head photographer and set up a package and the pricing was very much in our budget. We also discussed making sure that she was going to be our photographer and not another person. She said she would be it and there may be another person helping her. That is all good. Then came our free engagement session. We were set up to have the main photographer (Sara) and then I find out that at the last minute she double booked herself. I was the first one she booked, but she backed out on me. She set us up with another photographer. Okay, I'm flexible, it is only the engagement session. Our photographer seemed good and friendly. The pictures for that session turned out really good! The pictures did not go up on her site though until about 3 months after they were taken. :( I kept emailing Sara about them and she supposedly emailed me back. Throughout the whole wedding stuff, she either kept claiming she emailed me back, or that my emails were sent to her spam folder that is why she never responded. It always took me at least 3 times to email her before I got some response. Next, closer to the wedding we discussed how everything was going to pan out for the big day. Then was when I found out that Sara wasn't going to be our photographer for that day, but the lady we had for the engagement session was going to do it with another girl (who ended up being a photographer in training). I was ticked! I sucked it up though because I didn't want it to ruin my big day. On our wedding day, things went pretty well, but it seemed like every pose was the same with a different background. There wasn't much variety. I chose this company because the work I saw done by Sara had a lot more variety than the lady I ended up having. Next was getting the pictures. It took about 3 more months to get the pictures up online. I kept emailing the company with of course no response, and then finally a response with another excuse. Once the pictures were up online I noticed something missing. No pictures from the wedding party walking down the aisle. I was furious!!!! I asked about it, and supposedly the photographer had a hard time with the lighting and they all turned out bad. Isn't that what setting up before hand is for!?!? Figuring out the lighting? I was told I will get compensated for this, but so far I have not been told how, even though I asked. There was also a picture of one of the readers missing. The pictures did not turn out bad, I mean the quality was good. There was just hardly any variety, they take forever to respond, and some pretty important pictures were missing.

Sarah was great. She helped me every step of the way. My photographer was one thing that I didn't have to think twice about!

She was pretty easy to work with - no frills and we liked it that way. Additionally, you get a lot for the price, which was low as well.

She was a little hard to get a hold of, but overall did a good job.

Business is great but that makes for more discractions and less responsiveness.
