I'll start this review by saying I have never dealt with a company who is so unprofessional and unresponsive in my entire life. They have incredibly low standards for conducting business. I booked a reservation for an 8 person limousine for my upcoming wedding with Premier Limousine. A sudden bill came up that required us to take another look at our finances for our wedding, and we realized something had to go. The limo was the last thing we booked so it was what we decided we could live without. I cancelled the reservation less than 48 hours after making it. I was told I needed a manager's approval to receive a refund, since I had booked my reservation under 30 days of the date, and paid the full amount. A waited a few days, and with no contact, I tried calling. I lost count of how many times I would call and leave messages for the manager "Lori". Every single time I called, I was told she was on the phone, and I mean every single time. No matter what time of day, this woman never seemed to be free. I even waited on hold for a few minutes when the operator told me that I could wait until the current call was done, but that only lasted a few minutes before I was told the call would be a while, but she would call me once she was done. That never happened. After trying to handle the situation myself and just being shuffled around and ignored, I spoke to my lawyer who wrote them a formal letter requesting they contact me or we would take action. Still no response. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, and also disputed the transaction with my credit card company. FINALLY!!! After going through other sources, I noticed yesterday my card had been credited! I don't know what pushed them to do it, but I still NEVER got contacted by Premier Limousine! After all that, they still don't have the decency to call and speak to me like professionals. Lesson learned. If you have a problem with this company, just go beyond them. You won't get a result from them.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked Premier to pick up my guests from their hotels in a 28 passenger van and confirmed the pickup times twice the week of the wedding. I also confirmed the drop off time from the venue. Not only did Premier show up an HOUR LATE to the first of 3 hotels, they sent the WRONG shuttle, much smaller than the one I ordered. In addition, the driver was asking my GUESTS how to get to the venue. Everyone was obviously from out of town and didn't know the route I hired Premier to drive. The way home from the wedding was no different. Driver did not stay at the venue as discussed in about 4 different phone calls. The driver came late to pick up guests and used a personal magnify glass to read the GPS! This company is absolutely horrible. My mother was on the phone with the company during my wedding for a good part of the reception, how crappy is that? On top of it, the company is disputing giving us a refund! They didn't do even 50% of what we contracted them for.

Save yourself some grief, go with someone else.

First, the smaller luxury bus we ordered BROKE DOWN and they tried to replace it with the larger non-luxury bus, which was unacceptable and they gave us the luxury version. When the driver of their “See the Difference” bus arrived at our house to pick up the wedding party, the driver was asked if it was possible for him to pull into the driveway due to the rain. While attempting to pull into the driveway the driver BROKE THE SIDEWALK CURB, DROVE OVER THE LAWN and TOOK OUT A VERY LARGE TREE LIMB. Once the wedding party was onboard, the driver struggled to get the bus out of the driveway. When we finally got on the road, the driver GOT LOST and two passengers had to use their cell phones to give directions. Then, the bus driver tried to attempt a turn that he shouldn’t have and THE BUS GOT STUCK with a WHEEL OFF THE GROUND, BLOCKING 1.5 LANES OF TRAFFIC and causing the WEDDING PARTY TO HAVE TO HITCHIKE. This caused the wedding to be delayed by over an hour. The stress that this placed on the photographer, my wife and I was evident in the pictures, which had to be rushed and eliminated the opportunity to obtain many of the desired shots. Guests were forced to wait, my wife and I were rushed from the moment we arrived at the venue, and were forced to shorten and cut many portions of the reception. More money had to be paid to the band to keep them playing longer than we had intended just to try to allow the opportunity for dancing to take place. Not to mention, when you have a customer who pays for your services you should really think about getting their name correct when you put a sign on your bus. I am extremely disappointed with this company. The driver was 30 minutes late to pick us up before the ceremony because she went to the wrong location, making us late for our pictures. Then she was late picking us up at the end of the night. I had called the company 3 times before the data to make sure they understand the two routes we needed for picking up and dropping off. The week after the wedding I saw an additional charge on my credit card for going over the hour limit, when it was not our fault that the service went over the limit. I then proceeded to call them every week since the wedding (I am still doing this) and talked to several different people. They all said they would call me back and look into it, even the "Vice President" but no one has EVER called me back and they are just giving me the run around hoping that I just give up and stop trying to get my money back. The worst professionalism I've seen in a while.

Premier limo was amazing. We had a 57 person coach bus and it was clean, well maintained, and the driver was very friendly and accommodating. He arrived 15 minutes early and was ready with an extended hand to help everyone on and off. Guests raved about the smooth ride and how nice it was to not have to worry about driving late at night especially after a few drinks. Would definitely recommend!

We used Premier Limo for our transportation for our wedding (2 limos, 1 large shuttle bus for our guests). We also booked a car to take us (bride and groom) back to our hotel following the wedding. The car NEVER showed up (they did not even call to let us know that the car was not coming, even though they had multiple phone numbers they could reach us at). I would NOT use Premier Limo, there are many other options in the area that are much better. We were literally left in the parking lot with no way back to the hotel (not the way you want to end your wedding evening!).

We had a great experience with Premier Limo on our wedding day. They had a limo available that fit all 14 of us, which many other limo vendors did not have unless we wanted to go with a bus. We ended up doing the Hummer limo, which was a big hit. They arrived on time, and took us everywhere we needed to go in a timely manner. The driver was very professional and nice. The services were definitely not cheap, but since it was our wedding day, it was worth it!

A couple of months ago I went to a charity benefit and thought I was fortunate to bid on an win a certificate for a 4 hour limo service from Premier Limousine. Well beginning over four weeks ago I tried to contact the office manager of Premier Limousine. I left repeated messages both on her phone mail ( the message hasn't been changed since July 2011) and to other people in the office. Each time I was promised a return phone call with no response. I emailed her, again with no response. I am not cheap and would have extended beyond four hours. They would have made additional money off of me. As of now, I would not consider using this limousine service for anything.

Oh my, where to begin!!! Lets see!! Find someone else!
So My husband and I booked our limos I believe 6 months in advance and paid for them in full. We went and looked at the stretch limo buses in pereson. We only saw one and we were sold. It had a bathroom and was big enough for my BIG wedding party. Well when the limo "executive van" arrived for my husband all was fine and picked him up in the back where we specified. When the limo bus came to get me and my girls, flower girls and mother and mother in law it was not where my husband was picked up or where we specified. So we had to call. They said that the limo was there but in the front. Finally it came around the back and when I had gotten on the bus I realized that it was in fact NOT the bus that we had seen and paid for. I knew that there would be about 26 people on the bus on the way back from the church to the picture location. "including 2 photographers" The price that we paid was actually one of the best around but to not get what we were expecting I would have paid more to get it right. Also the limo driver did Not help anyone out of the bus including me the "BRIDE" with my dress in one hand and flowers in the other and I almost tripped out of the bus. Plus their lack of communication is incredible. not telling driver where to pick up, the bus that we wanted was SOLD ", "we drove to the company to get answers thinking they would have to settle the situation if we were there in person" lol no one was there to talk to us, and they never told to us it was sold, ect.. ect.. ect..

So we called the very next day after the wedding. Not what I was expecting to be doing as my first priority as a married woman. Lol They said they would look into it. They said they would call us back on monday. "No phone call." We called back. Then they said they will call us back again the next Monday. "No call back." And so it begins. I talked to over 4 different people and wrote it all down. Got extension #s, peoples names ect. and always called when I had a chance. Then a guy named Wayne Robinson was supposed to take care of it he offered 300$ and a free 4 hr limo ride. My husband was confused so we have the limo ride and then we have to spend more money to go out. lol a wedding is expensive enough. So we said we would consider it. Wayne was supposed to call us back and never did. So we called again. I got a girl named Melissa which seems to be the middle man and sent me to Ed McDougall. He told me that I the Bride in 4 inch heels should have been waalking around looking for the limo bus to know if it was there or not. wow you think after 15 mins the bus driver would have thought maybe Im in the wrong spot and called someone. So my huband and I agreed to take the offer on Jan 17th after having enough of the run around. Ed also told me that the bus they sent was supposed to be a 26 pass. bus to fit all people but I have picks that say it was a 25 pass bus and with dresses we all know that really meas like a 22-23 pass bus that is why we went bigger.That was 3 months after the wedding. Ed said that the check would be in the mail in a week or two. It is now April 9th the day after Easter and I am still dealing with the no call backs and the well get back to yous through the middle man. I keep calling Ed and I have now also called the CEO. but I had to leave a message.

If this is any indication of how poor their services are, here is the actual letter I sent yesterday after no one from their company returned my calls:

I am writing you the day after my wedding in utter disappointment with your services. I cannot tell you how frustrated, disappointed and upset I am at this moment and trust me, I truly wish I didn’t have to write this at all let alone write this directly after what should have been the best day of our lives.

I can say with all honesty and objectivity that Premiere Limo was the absolute worst part of our wedding and had we not so many good supportive friends, would have ruined our wedding entirely.

In order to fully alert you of my experience, I will take you through the last few experiences with your company…

On Thursday, September 8th 2011, I took a final look at our confirmation that Diane Kaczynski sent me. I emailed her back with some notes while copying my contact person Renee. In my email, I specifically provided two point-people and their phone numbers per each pick up location and asked that the driver call them when he or she arrives. I also told each pickup location to be ready at least a half-hour before the proposed pickup time. Additionally, as a final precaution, I left my phone number and stated that I can also be reached if need be. I then called premiere limo and reiterated this information to them verbally. They said that they noted the account and that our point people would be contacted when the shuttle arrived. Needless to say, no one was ever contacted and when the first shuttle finally arrived at our cocktail event the night before the wedding, the driver asked my guests to summon me out of my own event so that he could speak with me. To do this, I had to leave my event, forget about our important introduction and weed through my guests in order to get to the shuttle driver. THAT was my introduction to people I haven’t seen in years. While that may seem trivial to you, it wasn’t trivial to my wife and I as we were spending thousands of dollars to hold this event and had it particularly planned out. All of this because your driver did not know he had to go back and make another run for additional guests.

When I arrived at his shuttle, I explained that there would be as many pickups as we can get in the 4-hour slot allotted to us. He said he was told to do one run and wait at the location until 10pm that night. While the driver was personable and professional, it took me paying him an additional tip to get him to work with us and pick up the rest of our guests so that we not exceed our 4-hour slot. Needless to say, the second drop-off of guests arrived at 8:30pm for our 3-hour 7-10pm event and missed several key moments of our special event. I also had to promise the driver that my guests would be out at 10pm on the dot so that we can still work within our 4-hour slot. The entire transportation ordeal took me out of our special experience that I was supposed to be submersed in and to me that is completely unacceptable.

The following morning, the morning of my wedding (9/10/2011), I called Premiere Limo to ensure nothing like that would happen again. I stated that I needed all my guests at the wedding location by no later than 4pm as the ceremony HAD TO start on time so that our officient could make her next appointment in New Haven. The shuttle was scheduled to make its first pick up by 2:30pm in Old Saybrook. Our guests at that location never saw or heard from the shuttle and ended up taking a cab. The following pick up never received a phone call, but ended up making the shuttle. When she arrived, the shuttle driver did not realize that she had multiple trips and locations so she assumed she was just done. The driver also claimed that a group of my guests called Premiere Limo to say they didn’t need the shuttle. This was a blatant and offensive lie and those guests actually ended up driving themselves to my wedding and had to drive home later, because the shuttle never arrived. It altered their experience as well and we needed to find 2 designated drivers. When the shuttle finally did arrive with some of our guests, she (the driver) stated that “that was everyone.” She began driving away when my brother had to run down the driveway to tell her that was completely wrong and there were more people to pick up. At this point, we were already past 4pm and instead of thinking of being in the moment, getting married, and what my wife-to-be will look like, I instead was panicking about the shuttle making everything fall apart. 4:15 came and still no shuttle. My officient left the arbor and our guests and came inside to inform me that she only had 20 more minutes before she would have to leave for her other event. My wife heard this and freaked out minutes before she would walk out and mind you, she should have already walked out 15 minutes ago.

Finally, nearer to 4:30pm, 2 cars pulled up with a group of my friends who never received a call from the driver or ever saw a shuttle. They decided to drive themselves to our wedding, an event they looked forward to drinking at and to having fun without worrying about parking because a shuttle service was supposed to put them at ease of that. At this point my wife and I were livid and worried and stressed as an anxious crowd of guests grew restless outside. FINALLY we were rushed to get outside and get our ceremony underway as the shuttle completely changed our timeline.

Fast forward to the beginning of the reception. Instead of congratulating us, most guests attempted to comfort us and persuade us to have a good time and forget about what had happened with Premiere (a name now synonymous with negative connotations). We insisted to them that with the combination of last night and today, we had every right to be mad, but would try to calm down. Their persuasion worked. I decided to enjoy our special (and expensive) day and would just call Premiere first thing Monday and deal with it and in the meantime - have a blast with my wife. We did. We had an incredible time, but still, we were nervous and worried about the pick up shuttle at the end of the night. Maybe it’s just me, but from your commercials, your dispatches and advertisements, this was something that I should have never been worrying about.

Fast forward again…. to 11pm. I began notifying guests that the shuttle would be here any minute and to make their way out front so that we do not have any more issues. The shuttle apparently arrived on time. I say apparently, because I was out on the beach with my guests as I should have been. But then, one-by-one, guests came up to me requesting that I speak to the driver. I couldn’t believe my ears; I was literally being haunted at this point. For some reason, Premier Limo just had an utter incompetence when it came to multiple pickups and massive miscommunication.

As I arrived at the shuttle, the driver dictated that he would only take 14 people from one location at a time because it’s more convenient for him. He told three of my female guests /dear-friends to get off the shuttle, because they weren’t from one single location. He was not polite or pleasant about it. He didn’t even try to fake being nice. He was hands down rude and disgruntled. The two girls he easily kicked out of the shuttle were intoxicated and one of them actually ended up falling out of the van onto the concrete. Now if his issue was with intoxication, then I suppose I missed the point of hiring a transportation company to SAFELY get my guests home after allowing them to have the time of their lives.

I immediately ran over, appalled, humiliated and completely frustrated. I informed your driver, Kenneth, that I booked two four-hour blocks and that he would have to drop my guests off wherever I asked (EVEN THOUGH ALL I WAS ASKING FOR HIM TO DO WAS STICK TO MY CONFIRMED ITINERARY). The driver, Kenneth or Kent (he told me he goes by both names), reluctantly complied and showed visual signs of grief and frustration. He was rude and completely unaccommodating and while I will fully admit to being forwardly upset with him, his attitude began long before I even arrived at the shuttle. I waited out front for nearly 50 minutes until he returned for the last six guests to go home.

Now perhaps my guests didn’t see all the angst this caused. Maybe the people who had to drive themselves brushed it off. And maybe our officient was wrong to book two weddings in one day. But as I sit here trying my hardest to give you the benefit of the doubt, I simply can’t because it was me, the groom, who worried all day and night for two days straight. It is me who had to call your company at 1:00am the night of my wedding to complain. It’s me who had to empty my pockets to grease your drivers to do their job and it was me who had to calm my poor wife down moments before being given away. It’s me who had to craft this letter the day after my wedding and it was me who called two times today after my supposed phone call from your company never came. It is me who sits here at 6:15 pm still waiting for your supervisor to call me back after Claudia ensured me someone would get the message of how disappointed I was. And last, it is me who spent $1,200 UP FRONT to be absolutely dissatisfied and devastated with your horrible services.

Every other aspect of this wedding was incredible and I paid accordingly. I gave 20-40% tips to all my vendors and happily paid their fees. Every single vendor came through and then some on their offer of goods, EXCEPT for Premier Limo. Even the owners of the house where the wedding took place, could not believe the service you provided and these wonderful folks own a law firm and used Premier before! They vowed never ever to use your services again.

I ask, that after all this, you understand my request for a full refund. Not only did you not provide the services confirmed, but I was insulted in the process and have a stain in my memory from the difficulty this caused my wife and I - your supposed valued clients. At this point, I can’t even count on a response, but I hope I will not have to address this is another manor as I do still believe a resolution is possible from you. I am writing you the day after my wedding in utter disappointment with your services. I cannot tell you how frustrated, disappointed and upset I am at this moment and trust me, I truly wish I didn’t have to write this at all let alone write this directly after what should have been the best day of our lives.

I can say with all honesty and objectivity that Premiere Limo was the absolute worst part of our wedding and had we not so many good supportive friends, would have ruined our wedding entirely.

In order to fully alert you of my experience, I will take you through the last few experiences with your company…

On Thursday, September 8th 2011, I took a final look at our confirmation that Diane Kaczynski sent me. I emailed her back with some notes while copying my contact person Renee. In my email, I specifically provided two point-people and their phone numbers per each pick up location and asked that the driver call them when he or she arrives. I also told each pickup location to be ready at least a half-hour before the proposed pickup time. Additionally, as a final precaution, I left my phone number and stated that I can also be reached if need be. I then called premiere limo and reiterated this information to them verbally. They said that they noted the account and that our point people would be contacted when the shuttle arrived. ugh, well my sister rented them for her wedding in july and besides the fact that the limos drive train and muffler were dragging under the car when they picked us up, the owner was rude about it. i should have known bc my inlaws reffered me to them and my inlaws hate me! for my wedding in june they merged from what i hear with 2 other compaines-abc and cosmopolitan. yea well if you call them they dont have the other compaines reservations in their system yet. needless to say i had a bad feeling and 2 hrs before they were supposed to pick us up from the hotel i had a bm call them and sure enough they couldnt find our reservation, they also wanted us to provide proof of payment! WHAT REALL?? listen i made a mistake encore limo was offering their services at a bridal show for 1k for a 26 passenger party bus! i tried to talk them down bc it was a thursday wedding and failed. i should have just went with them! dont book with these ppl, abc or cosmopolitan limo. they should get ther SH&T TOGETHER

We apologize for the unfortunate experience that you had with our service. Unfortunately, the databases from the mentioned companies did not sync with our internal customer management software, and all of the reservations needed to be hand entered. There was no easy way to do this and it took quite some time. We realize that this is not your problem, but unfortunately there was a period of time where all of the old reservations weren't entered into our system, and our employees weren't able to access the original reservations.

We are very shocked to hear that you had a problem with the vehicle, as we replace all our vehicles every 3 to 4 years and have multiple full time mechanics on staff.

If you are ever in need of transportation services again please call us and we can offer you a discount on your reservation for your troubles.

Premier was amazing for our wedding. We had a situation where we had to change our venue and date 4 months before we wanted to get married. They were able to accomdate our new date and had a fantastic party bus. The driver was very knowledgable and even helped during the wedding by opening the door for me as I made my gran entrance =)
I really recommend this company! My mother in-law was able to go the day before and drop of items to be placed on the bus for us. Everything was perfect! They did a great job putting it all together. I couldn't of been happier.
