The service we received day-of our wedding was excellent. Our limo driver arrived 15 minutes early, helped to carry a variety of items to and from the limo, and was able to navigate around some odd turns (even backwards at some point). In terms of customer service before our wedding date, however, it was a little difficult to get a hold of someone to find the information I wanted, but it all worked out in the end.

Our limo driver arrived 15 minutes early, helped to carry a variety of items to and from the limo, and was able to navigate around some odd turns (even backwards at some point). We booked a 56 passenger coach bus through Premier Limousine for our daughter's wedding to shuttle our guests between the hotel and the venue. Premier Limousine subcontracted the coach bus to Academy Bus. I had confirmed all details and schedules several days prior to the wedding with Premier Limousine. When the bus arrived at the hotel, I confirmed the return schedule with the driver. I was then told by the driver that he had been instructed by his dispatcher that there would be one (and only one) run back to the hotel at the end of the evening. My contract explicitly stated that "shuttle back at end of the night starting @ 11:00PM". He insisted that there was to be only one run back to the hotel from our venue, at 11:00 P.M., even after it was pointed out to him what was stated in the contract (that he had in his hand,) also saying if we wanted another run, it would be overtime and require a credit card. He then told us we had to talk to the dispatcher, and the dispatcher made us call Premier Limousine. Thankfully, Krissi at Premier Limousine was available and resolved the situation, otherwise 50+ guests would have been stranded at the venue at 11:45 P.M.. Absolutely terrible customer service from John Kiley, Senior Sales Rep at Academy Bus. He was extremely rude when I spoke with him regarding this issue, telling me “I received the services I paid for” and when I mentioned we could have had a major problem if our guests were stranded, he replied “Well, you didn’t”. Very unacceptable service, especially for a wedding day!! On a positive note, we also booked a 25 passenger party bus through Premier Limousine. Service from Premier Limousine was excellent. Driver was prompt and very courteous. However, because of the issues with Academy Bus, I would be very hesitant to use Premier Limousine again.

We booked a 56 passenger coach bus through Premier Limousine for our daughter's wedding to shuttle our guests between the hotel and the venue. This is a case of “buyer beware.” Their package is, on paper, a great deal: for a reasonable amount, they will transport you to and from wedding in a limo, and provide a town car afterwards to whisk you away. When we booked, the receptionist was kind.

Unfortunately, they failed to deliver. The driver of the limo was, contractually, supposed to pick up the groomsmen at the hotel, drop them at the church, and then come and get my bridesmaids and I at my house. The driver must not have read the contract, because she went to the hotel again instead of my house. She couldn’t make it to my house in time. We had to rush to find drivers (luckily, I chose an EXCEPTIONAL photographer who offered to help out and drive my bridesmaids- absolutely saved the day!)

After the wedding, we all piled in to the limo to head to the reception. We noticed that the limo was filthy and sticky. We mentioned this to the driver, who said that they must have been hidden from her last client and apologized.

To top it all off, the town car that we were promised at the end of the night also failed to show up!

The worst part was when he called to report our disappointment with the service a couple of days later, the manager had the gall to yell at my father. My father simply suggested she take a look at the contract, and the call recordings, and call him back. He also stated that if 2 missed pickups and a dirty limo were what the service that they were seeking to provide, he would happily pay.

To their credit, they did later call back after reviewing the recorded calls and contract, and apologize for the service received. They offered a partial refund.

To sum up our experience: Buyer beware. You might, as some other reviews suggest, be absolutely fine. But you also might experience what we did, which was 2 missed pickups, a dirty limo being yelled at by an angry manager, and a partial refund for your trouble. My advice would be to play it safe and go with another company.

I've hired Premiere for several different occassions. Krissi (customer service) and Leo (driver) have always been excellent. In June 2015 for my wedding, Premiere assigned us two drivers I did not know. I was not pleased with our shuttle drivers, they were unprepared and disorganized. I told Premiere this and after the manager did some "fact finding", they compensated us for our troubles. Brian, the Manager, was excellent and very understanding. I would use them again, but I would insist on Leo for a driver.

In June 2015 for my wedding, Premiere assigned us two drivers I did not know. I was not pleased with our shuttle drivers, they were unprepared and disorganized. I was so disappointed with my experience with Premier Limo. From the start is was very difficult to get phone calls returned. I left countless emails and voicemails for Bob Fleet to try and make reservations and confirm itineraries. When he did finally get back to me he was always very friendly and seemingly helpful, however he wasn't great at actually answering my questions, or getting me the information I needed.

On the say of the wedding the driver showed up on time for the first of four pickups He was professional, friendly, and courteous. I confirmed the itinerary for the day with him, which included 4 pickups from the same location to the same location. He arrived for the first 2 pickups on time, but then didn't show up for the third, leaving the groom, groomsmen and officiant stranded at the hotel. The driver couldn't be reached by phone and calling the main office provided no help either as they said they couldn't get in touch with him. We had to scramble to get the groom, groomsmen and officiant to the venue in time.

There was never any apology or explanation. After the wedding I reached out to the main office and again it took a very long time to get a response. I expected to be offered a partial refund, but was instead bounced around a bit and finally offered a discount on my next trip. I have now officially requested a partial refund and am in the process of following up in hopes one is issued (it has been 2 months).

I find this to be unacceptable customer service and a poorly run business. I would not recommend this company for reliable transportation.

I give a 5 star review to Danae who helped in Tj booking process. She was amazing! Professional, responsive and amazing customer service. However the day of our wedding the driver did not map out the route and was unable to bring the party bus to pick up the bridesmaids. They did not call us once. I had to call 3 times to inquire about this with 15 minutes before the ceremony was set to start. We did not receive any help when we called th central office and the driver was unresponsive as well. Luckily we were able to put the bridal party into a limo we got from another company and a private car to bring them to the party bus. Obviously the driver couldn't make the underpass taller but th lack of communication is what was so infuriating. I will never use premier limo again despite Danaes amazing service. We were overall left feeling very angry. She driver did not know her way around our town at all and I had to give her directions from the back despite providing all addresses 10 months in advance. Do not use this company.

I'll start this review by saying I have never dealt with a company who is so unprofessional and unresponsive in my entire life. They have incredibly low standards for conducting business. I booked a reservation for an 8 person limousine for my upcoming wedding with Premier Limousine. A sudden bill came up that required us to take another look at our finances for our wedding, and we realized something had to go. The limo was the last thing we booked so it was what we decided we could live without. I cancelled the reservation less than 48 hours after making it. I was told I needed a manager's approval to receive a refund, since I had booked my reservation under 30 days of the date, and paid the full amount. A waited a few days, and with no contact, I tried calling. I lost count of how many times I would call and leave messages for the manager "Lori". Every single time I called, I was told she was on the phone, and I mean every single time. No matter what time of day, this woman never seemed to be free. I even waited on hold for a few minutes when the operator told me that I could wait until the current call was done, but that only lasted a few minutes before I was told the call would be a while, but she would call me once she was done. That never happened. After trying to handle the situation myself and just being shuffled around and ignored, I spoke to my lawyer who wrote them a formal letter requesting they contact me or we would take action. Still no response. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, and also disputed the transaction with my credit card company. FINALLY!!! After going through other sources, I noticed yesterday my card had been credited! I don't know what pushed them to do it, but I still NEVER got contacted by Premier Limousine! After all that, they still don't have the decency to call and speak to me like professionals. Lesson learned. If you have a problem with this company, just go beyond them. You won't get a result from them.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked Premier to pick up my guests from their hotels in a 28 passenger van and confirmed the pickup times twice the week of the wedding. I also confirmed the drop off time from the venue. Not only did Premier show up an HOUR LATE to the first of 3 hotels, they sent the WRONG shuttle, much smaller than the one I ordered. In addition, the driver was asking my GUESTS how to get to the venue. Everyone was obviously from out of town and didn't know the route I hired Premier to drive. The way home from the wedding was no different. Driver did not stay at the venue as discussed in about 4 different phone calls. The driver came late to pick up guests and used a personal magnify glass to read the GPS! This company is absolutely horrible. My mother was on the phone with the company during my wedding for a good part of the reception, how crappy is that? On top of it, the company is disputing giving us a refund! They didn't do even 50% of what we contracted them for.

Save yourself some grief, go with someone else.
