I order my dress in June for my wedding in Feburary 2013. I receieved my dress last week and it was wonderful. I called and spoke with the girls from ebridalsuperstore and they were so much help.Thay informed me that these are the actual designer dresses. And i was kind of doubtful seing that the price was just so unreal.But when i got my dress all soubt went away it was the exact same dresses that all the other bridesmaids had got from a local bridal store and spent way more money than i did. I would definetly recommend ebridalsuperstore to anyone.

I am so happy with eBridalsuperstore! I had originally decided to go with my bridesmaids' dresses through David's Bridal. However, after months upon months of issues with them, I was left without bridesmaids' dresses with only 10 weeks left before my wedding. After completely panicking, I started my search for new dresses. The bridal shops in my area all informed me that I would not be able to get any dress in time, and even with paying $50-$80 per bridesmaid for Rush Cut, I'd be cutting it close. I moved my search to online.

I found a dress that I loved on ebridalsuperstore, it is an Eden Bridal dress. The price was great, at about $138, and the best part was, FREE shipping--and even better, FREE 8-week rush cut. I scoured the internet for reviews, and much to my dismay...I found a LOT of negative reviews for this place. I was very nervous, but had no choice...I had my girls place their orders with ebridalsuperstore. They were told that the dress would be in around Sept 14, which was 1 month before the wedding date, which was such a relief to hear, but I was still really apprehensive and was expecting the worst.

Two days ago, ALL of my girls received their dresses, TWO WEEKS earlier than promised. Best part? They are gorgeous! The are the right color, right sizes, etc. They look great on my girls (I was really nervous about this considering no one saw the dress in person). Of course all of the girls need alterations because no dress is going to fit anyone perfectly, but they all received exactly what was ordered.

I would HIGHLY recommend this vendor to anyone. I thought it was the end of the world when David's Bridal lef tme up sh-t's creek, but I love these dresses SO much more...and we received them within 4 weeks at no extra charge!

I found my dream dress from Alfred Angelo but didn't want to pay the bridal shop prices for it..... I got my dream dress at HALF the COST thanks to Ebridal Superstore! The shipping took much less time than I expected and the dress was exactly what I ordered complete with the Alfred Angelo tags attached! I got my designer dress without paying for the overhead of the bridal boutique.

eBridalSuperStore was a great find. I ordered my bridal gown as well as all of my maids gowns through this site. The prices were incredible for Alfred Angelo dresses!! My order shipped promptly (in less time than what was estimated) and everything was exactly as I had ordered. The only potential drawback to using eBridal is you have to be certain that your order is exact before placing, because there are no returns for user error.

I read about ebridalsuperstore.com in the Bridal Bargains book (a highly-recommended read for a budget-oriented bride). None of the boutiques I've been to during my dress hunt provided me with service that would blow me away to the point that I would agree to pay 50% on top of the online price of a wedding dress. All bridal stores tried to scare me away from buying a dress online saying that I will end up with a cheap knock-off rather than a genuine designer dress. Well, they were wrong! I got my dress sooner than expected from ebridalsuperstore.com and it was an original Alfred Angelo dress, just the one I wanted. Every time I contacted the customer service at ebridalsuperstore (both over the email and on the phone), they were very prompt at answering my questions.
Finally, a word of advice, if you decide to order the dress online, make sure to check the BBB and the reviews for the place you consider ordering from.

We ordered the bridesmaid dresses through this company. I admit at first I was leery. We had found the dresses/designer that we wanted but were trying to find them at a smaller cost. This vendor did just that. They were prompt and the dresses were beautiful. All the dresses are made as they are ordered so the only setback is if you change your mind...but if you are set on what you want then ebridal superstore is def. the way to go!

This vendor did just that. They were prompt and the dresses were beautiful. All the dresses are made as they are ordered so the only setback is if you change your mind...but if you are set on what you want then ebridal superstore is def. the way to go! Read less

Do not buy from this vendor!

I should have known from the beginning not to order from them when it took me two days to get through to someone to order my bridesmaid dress, but I was too enticed by the price. Do not make the same mistake!

I was part of a wedding on July 21, 2012. I ordered the dress in March, and received it on June 20. When I tried it on, I noticed that not only was the dress four sizes too big even though I had been professionally measured, but the zipper was also broken. I realize the size is a manufacturer issue so there was nothing I could do about it, but eBridal's policy states that they will promptly replace defective products, like the broken zipper. I immediately called them and left a message explaining the situation. I received no call back. I e-mailed them on June 25, once again explaining the situation and reminding them that the wedding was in a month and I needed to get the new dress back in time to get the major alterations that were going to have to be done (I was leaving town for the wedding July 18). Still no response.

On July 6, I had no choice but to take the defective dress to the tailor to get the size alterations done. Three different places told me that they did not have enough time at this point to guarantee it could be done in time. Instead, I was forced to only get the straps taken up. I was very angry at this point, so I e-mailed eBridal Superstore and forwarded them my previous e-mails that did not get a response. I explained to them that because of their inaction, I now could not get the dress altered properly and also had to keep the broken zipper. I let them know I would be filing a BBB complaint. Magically, I had a response that very same day. The lady had no explanation for why previous e-mails and calls had been ignored. The only solution she offered was for me to send in my dress and they would send a new one without a broken zipper. I explained to her that 1) it was getting altered and 2) there was no way there was enough time for me to send the dress back, wait for them to receive it, and then ship a new one, and certainly not time for me to get that new one altered. I said that the only solution would be for them to send one back in a smaller size that didn't need so many alterations. She just kept e-mailing the same thing back over and over, refusing to admit that it was very obvious I could not send it back and expect to get a new one that close to the wedding. I even begged for them to go ahead and send the new one first, in the same size I ordered, so I could have it quickly and I would send mine back at the same time.

Nothing was fixed, I paid a lot of money for a defective dress, it could have at least fit me but they wouldn't respond in time for me to get it altered, and it was an overall horrible experience. Avoid this company! The money I saved was not worth the stress!

I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience with ebridal. I ordered a dress from them for my best friend's wedding in Ohio (I live in Florida) and the dress they sent me had a stain on it and the zipper was in really poor shape (barely zipped even off the body). I called and complained and they said they would mail a new dress but I had to return the old one first. I told them I was really uncomfortable doing that because the wedding was only 2 weeks away but they assured me it would not be a problem. I even called the manager asking if I could please hang on the original in case of an emergency - that I would gladly mail it back when its replacement arrived. The manager insisted I mail it back and would not place the order for the new dress until I had.
I was finally convinced after much assurance that I would have a dress for the wedding. After all, I had paid over $120 for the dress and I at least wanted it to be decently made.
Four days before the wedding they were going to ship it and I asked them to overnight it, but they refused. They two-day shipped it to Florida (by which that time I was in Ohio for rehearsal dinners, etc.) I called to double check the shipping address, confirmation, time of arrival with them the day before the rehearsal and they told me they had accidently sent the dress to Florida instead of Ohio, where I specifically told them I would be. I was really worried I would not have a dress and at that point asked them to overnight anything in the color and size I needed, that I just needed a dress! They promised to overnight it, but the dress never got on the plane. They called me at 10pm during the rehearsal dinner to tell me I would not have a dress the next day for the wedding. Although the poor sales girl was incredibly sorry and had stayed at work late trying to track the dress (she was the only good thing about my entire experience) they were of little help after the fact I didn't have the dress. I had to call on my own the day of the wedding every bridal store in a 2 hour radius and ask about dress styles, sizes, colors and prices. I missed the entire morning with the bride driving to Columbus and luckily found something similar that had to be tailored that afternoon.

Ebridal did reimburse me for the dress, but only because I returned it. They never made any effort to compensate for all the time, worry and extra money I ended up spending because of their mistake. The dress I bought the day of was much more expensive, I wasted a ton of gas and most of rehearsal dinner and morning of on the phone because of them. When I got home to Florida they sent someone from UPS to pick up the replacement dress without alerting me and when I did not send the dress back they threatened to charge me again for it! I ended up having to pay $12 to mail the dress back just so they wouldn't charge me. It was the most awful experience and I am still so frustrated that it even happened and that they were not more helpful! I would NEVER EVER recommend them, spend the extra 20$ and buy the dress from a place that will take care of you and your special weekend!
