Their exclusive “Bluezz” wing is the site for performances on Thrusday, Friday and Saturday evenings, along with Sunday Brunch. Some of the most innovative American food, created by Cordon Bleu Executive Chef Bryan Hankins, has been impressing the areas most discerning diners. In addition, worldwide-sourced vintage wines, selected by Sommelier Russ Meek are on a menu of top quality product. Meek oversees an extensive cellar and special wine refrigerators that keep open bottles protected with nitrogen gas, allowing guests to taste rare and delicate vintages at reasonable prices. The Dinner menu features items such as a Vanilla-Lime Drizzled Watermelon Salad, a Grafton Cheddar-smothered Snake River Farms Kobe Beef Burger, and a Certified Angus 26 oz. Bone-in Ribeye Chop. There are also salads, soups, appetizers (including the very-popular Monte Cristo sandwich), and a selection of two dozen heritage cheeses. Tastings of cheese, charcuterie and hand-made chocolate truffles are also available, matched with wines that enhance their flavors. The restaurant also has a full premium bar and a number of imported beers. Live jazz is performed nightly in the restaurant. The redwhite+bluezz exclusive jazz club wing, dubbed “Bluezz,” features well-known trios in an atmosphere enhanced by original oil paintings by Michael Hall and Christopher Near, and the full dinner menu. There is no cover charge at the club. Performances there are from 8-11 p.m. Thursdays, 9 p.m.-midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Sunday through Wednesday evenings, the live music continues in the front “Grill” dining room at 6pm, capping a rare offering of live jazz every night. redwhite+bluezz first-class weekend brunch, dubbed "Brunch+All That Jazz."
