They were awesome! I fell in love with a dress that was damaged in Atlanta and came home on the hunt to find it off the rack and in my size in time for a January wedding... crazy I know! I called savvi which is two hours away from my house to check for the dress. They didn't have it??. However the sales girl on the phone recommended one that was very similar so I made an apt to try it. When I arrived I was really nervous... I had tried on so many and I was overwhelmed with fear that I should have just purchased the ripped dress even though it was over budget. However when I walked in the sales lady listened to my story of the gown that got away and asked if I minded if she made a call. In five minutes she tracked a store down in NJ that was going to receive it in my size!!! I tried on the look alike but left spending all my money on a phantom dress that would hopefully make it to me by the wedding... Well I picked up my dress today two weeks before promised and it was perfect! They even helped me get in it again and tightened the corset correctly so my mom could see!! I am so thankful they went the extra mile to help me get my dream dress! I can't wait to get married now!!! Thanks Savvi

This is for the Woodbury location. Beyond terrible customer service! We had orders for our wedding day of October 29. Our party had nothing, but issues with the orders. My dad, - Completely incorrect suit jacket. The size that was given was way too small. He is currently disabled after a hip replacement and is unable to travel well. That jacket was then returned for another jacket. That jacket WAS also too small as we found out on our wedding day. Therefore, we were able to get completed pictures with him in it as a new jacket had to be delivered to him. Unnecessary stress for the bridal party as well as him. With no apologies coming from you at all. 1 Groomsman- His complete suit was incredibly small. Not to mention the pocket square was also the wrong color. He went through the entire wedding not being able to button his jacket, nor remove his jacket because his other shirt was too small. Resulting it, incomplete pictures. He came from around the Fargo area and was unable to get the suit exchanged. Another Groomsman - Incorrect color pocket square. Resulting in him having more than one trip to Savvi, when it should have been correct the first time. Luckily, he told me the square was incorrect so I called immediately to have them all corrected for the rest of the Groomsman. Again, something I shouldn't have had to do. Needless to say, I am incredibly frustrated with our experience at Savvi. Savvi created far more stress than should have had to happen especially on what should be a very happy day. Then the way my mom was treated at Savvi in Woodbury. You'll have to take it up with the manager, I can't help you. Rude to say the least! My mom was under enough stress with the wedding as well. Everyone is.
Then, I came in to return the Grooms suit and addressed the situation. Again, I was told, I can't help you, the manager will have to. The manager will be reaching out to via phone or email. Well, I got neither. Terrible service. BRIDES STAY AWAY!

DO NOT GIVE YOURSELF THE ADDED STRESS! GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR TUXES! We have never been treated more poorly and even after each of our wedding party was "measured" the tuxes weren't even a close fit. Not just 1 or 2, but 6 out of 8 rented tuxes. The other two are "ok" enough to wear. They don't even properly measure you and could care less when concerns are brought up. Do yourself a favor, save yourself some time and stress... DO NOT GO TO SAVVI.

Savvi had the best selection, by far, for my fiance and his groomsmen! Other companies in the area only had small samples of cloth and a mannequin to look at, which is largely unhelpful when you're trying to find the best style, color, and fi for multiple people. I really liked Savvi because their price included not only the tux, but EVERYTHING including shoes, tie, shirt, etc. I would recommend using them over their competitors.

Other companies in the area only had small samples of cloth and a mannequin to look at, which is largely unhelpful when you're trying to find the best style, color, and fi for multiple people. I really liked Savvi because their price included not only the tux, but EVERYTHING including shoes, tie, shirt, etc. I would recommend using them over their competitors. Read less

Terrible service from start to finish. First visit-I booked an appointment online and the information never made it to the store. Not that big of a deal, we got everything figured out and scheduled a fitting for my husband. We go in a couple weeks later for a fitting only to find out that the suit we were to try on was not there, it had been rented out. No one contacted us to tell us and when we asked why we were not contacted we were told they did not know that the suit was not at the store. No apology, they were very defensive and borderline rude and so we had to reschedule. I considered using a different vendor but decided to give them another chance because accidents happen. Poor choice. When we finally got suits ordered and went to pick them up we waited an hour and a half just to be waited on. I thought we just came at a bad time but everyone in the grooms party had similar wait times. Finally. The day of the wedding, we get to the reception and sit down for dinner and the material in my husbands pants gives out. He is left with split material in the seat of the pants. Not just a seam but worn material that basically tore apart across an entire butt cheek. The pants were a little too big on him and there is no reason they should have ripped as they did unless they were old and worn. A good chunk of our reception was spent with my husband trying to fix the situation, not being able to enjoy one of the most important days of his life. We took the suit back the next day and told them what happened and showed them how worn the material looked. Regardless of the fact that their cheap pants ruined half of our reception and caused embarrassment for my husband, we were still forced to pay $80 to replace the pants because "we" damaged them. We received no sympathy, the worker helping us was very rude and unapologetic, making the situation escalate. I have never witnessed such an unorganized operation and poor customer service from a company before.

I won in their weekly drawing recently. I went in and they were full of information. She helped me with more than just dress and attire. I'm in the very beginning of my planning. She gave me recommendations for other vendors, locations and a lot more. I have to say they helped to ease the stress on some big parts of my wedding day. I would recommend them to ANYONE! We used the Savvi located in Woodbury, MN. Picking out the tuxes was very easy. With six tux rentals they gave us one free, since my fiance was not renting a tux they let us give the free one to someone else. We were told our WP could be measured at any of their locations. It's as if the other locations are on a completely different system though. Multiple times I had to call the Woodbury location to have them call other locations to get the measurements. The usher who received the free rental had to pay for his when he went for measurements because that location had no idea he should get his free. So I had to call multiple times to get it straightened out, then he had to call multiple times to get his money refunded. Our ring bearer was measured at the Maple Grove, MN location, but his measurements completely disappeared and never made it into the system. After multiple calls to both locations I purchased a suit that was said to be the correct size according to his measurements, but waited three weeks to pick it up once it arrived at the store due to the shirt needing to be cleaned. The suit did not fit him at all, it was at least two sizes too small. We ended up spending an entire day going to different stores to piece together a suit for him for the wedding day and returned the one I originally purchased. When the WP picked up their suits at least 3 of the 6 had something that didn't fit correctly, but made it work for the wedding day. The day after, we returned two of the tuxes and were charged for a missing tie, later found in a pocket and we were contacted to call for a refund. When my husband called for the refund they had issues figuring out how to process the refund (because the original payment for the tie was entered wrong), it took two phone calls and too much time to get the refund.
Overall the staff at the Woodbury location were very friendly, but I felt like they were always apologizing and this part of the wedding was a HUGE headache!
