Do you have liability insurance?
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
Yes. Nothing is better than finding those magical shots that you know can be even more amazing by adding the perfect filter, border or special effect.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Yes. I also LOVE utilizing natural/available light. It's very beautiful!
Is your media preference film or digital?
Digital, but I can accommodate both.
How many photographers do you work with?
I work with a trusted second photographer or myself depending upon the package my client selects.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I only book one event per day. Occasionally I may have 2 events in one weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I shoot with 2 DSLR Canon bodies. A variety of lenses ranging from 16-35mm to 300mm L series Canon lenses, 3 flash bodes, tripod etc...
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I generally shoot half day (beginning at 4 hours) to full day coverage. Occasionally I may take on an hourly assignment.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes. This varies depending upon the event that is being photographed.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
It is recommended that the photographer is invited to join for dinner so we do not miss out on any special toasts for example, but it is not required. Otherwise we will need to take a short break.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Proofs are ready for viewing approximately 2-3 weeks after your wedding date.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Digitally, online. Photo proofs are also available. Please inquire.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Proofs are available to view online for 2 months.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
No, I love share them w/ you- my Bride and Groom!
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Will images be available for viewing online?
What kind of albums do you offer?
Zookbinders Albums Inc. I offer a variety of modern and traditional albums.
When will the client get the final album?
If an album is ordered it generally takes about 2 months to complete. We can design it together or you can just show me your favorite images and tell me to create a beautiful album that will showcase your amazing day!
