Do you have liability insurance?
Yes
Describe your DJ style:
Classy, professional, and never cheesy. Read the crowd well and let the music do most of the "talking".
Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested?
No
What is your usual attire?
Upscale black attire. Slacks, blouses, button down shirts and jackets.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
Generally no, unless it's very unusual and we can't find it anywhere.
How many other DJs do you work with?
4-5
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
Depends on the date. Generally 3-4 hours on the weekends.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
Yes.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
We have done a wide variety of ethnic events over the years, but there is not any that we specialize in particularly.
Can the client submit a do-not-play list?
Absolutely.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
We can provide any type of room or dance floor lighting.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
Generally 1.5-2 hours prior to start time for set up. And yes, we require a 6' table.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
No.
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?
No.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
Emcee for announcements or interaction with guests as needed.
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?
Depends on the client and group. We have many things we can do to help motivate guests.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
A meal is required for an event 4 hours or longer but music would not stop during the DJs break.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
Yes.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We have a team of DJs and large network that we can call upon at the last minute should there ever be an emergency. And all client time lines, requests etc are kept in a file that can be given to any DJ.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day?
Sometimes but only if plenty of time allows in between.
What is your overtime rate?
Generally $175/hour is our contracted OT rate.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Depends on the locations.
What is the required deposit to secure your services?
50% down.

Spring is a professional, flexible, reasonably priced, and awesome choice to DJ any event. She did our wedding at the Los Angeles Police Academy Rock Garden and everything ran a lot more smoothly because of her. She made sure we stuck to our schedule, keeping everything running like clockwork, all the while playing fantastic tunes. Plus, she's just lovely to deal with. I'm not kidding when I say everyone was dancing from the get go right up to the final song. Tremendously satisfied all around!

Spring was our DJ for our wedding at La Venta Inn. She did a great job, and was a pleasure to work with. She took great notes during our meeting, and it was so easy to work with her over email and phone. There weren't any awkward moments, and Spring was so instrumental in getting the guests out on the dance floor. We would recommend Spring to our friends. Thank you for a great event!

Our DJ, Spring, was fantastic! She took extensive notes on our first meeting and followed up several times before the wedding. Super professional, incredibly fun and so worth the money. We decided that this is probably the biggest party we are ever going to throw; we need to make it amazing. Spring was our DJ and she was spectacular. She blended in and kept the party going. She is great at being invisible most of the time, but really was the MC we needed. She kept the schedule and checked with us before allowing any of our guests to make requests. We loved her!

Spring Austin from Skyline Entertainment is great! She provided dj services as well as some emcee-ing (brought an assistant to handle music at that time).
She was very patient and flexible and although the price was a little on the higher side of our range, we really felt she was a good match for us and that's what was important to us. She understood the different things we needed and the type of night we were going for.
Spring made sure to get all the unique songs and versions we wanted as well.
She was easy to work with and even gave us a cd of all our songs at the end!
