Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items?
We currently have an office in Fairfield County where we are happy to meet and show you samples of our tents, flooring and lighting options.
How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items?
We suggest booking when you feel comfortable. Certain times of the year are busier for us than others and we only confirm a certain number of events per weekend to ensure each customer receives exemplary customer service. Your Event Planner will work with you and provide you with details on the best time to book depending on your weekend.
Can the order be modified close to the event date?
Your event can be modified anytime before the installation date or even the day of the event depending upon the modifications. Your Event Planner can work out these details with you.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Sperry Tents Greenwich requires a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total tent rental upon booking. However, depending upon your circumstance, we can always discuss cancellation costs.
What are your hours of delivery?
We deliver generally between the hours of 7am - 7pm, but we will always accommodate your or your venue's wishes for installation and break-down. Each installation is customized to your event timeline.
Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?
No tent order is too small or too large for Sperry. We are always available to customize your order to your special event.
