Do you have liability insurance?
What is your band's usual attire?
We consult w/clients to coordinate our attire with their needs and wants. Usually, we are more dressed up than dressed down.
Do you offer live sample performances or CDs?
Are you willing to learn songs that you do not currently know?
Yes, we always try to accomodate a special request as long as it fits into the type of music we do and the vocal ranges of our members. We do our best!
How much time do you usually need for setup?
An hour or so depending on the ease of getting our equipment in and out of a venue
How much space do you usually require?
20' x 15'
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
We can provide lighting and we bring all our own sound.
Do you usually emcee the event, or talk between songs?
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?
We've never had that happen but if it did, we go into the crowd and interact with the guests. Sometimes people might not want to dance alone so we'll dance with them!
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you need a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Breaks depend on the length of the event and are discussed w/clients prior to the event. We do not require a meal be provided however, we work out all details before the event and often clients will offer- but we don't require it.
Do you play recorded music during your break?
We can,should a client request that.
If one or more of the band members is unable to attend, what is your backup plan?
We have vocalists that can rotate in at a moments notice so the client gets the high standard of performance we are accustomed to providing.
What is your overtime rate?
Negotiable w/the client
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
What is the required deposit to secure your services?
Depends on the event
