Wedding:
10/10/2010
0.0/5.0
We wanted a getaway car to escape in after our grand confetti toss exit from the reception. I called a couple of months before the wedding to get quotes and unfortunately went with this company. When I called to confirm the date, fee and to pay for the service he said he would email me an email with a contract that I needed to respond to. I never received that email and worried because in addition to never receiving a contract I never saw the payment leave my account. I called him numerous times the week before the wedding leaving messages with no response or call backs. The evening before the wedding he finally calls me back. I tell him I don’t trust him to show up because he’s been flaky up to this point and he tells me I can’t cancel without paying a 50% fee. I decided it wasn’t worth it to hassle with him and decided to keep the appointment. I told him again the address of the location and that we would be doing our grand exit at 9:15…no later than 9:30. He said no problem. Fast forward to the end of our wedding; we’re all standing around waiting to do the grand exit because the limo hasn’t show up. Finally our coordinator calls the company and they tell her that the driver has been trying to text and call Kelly and that he is running late and will be there at 9:40. The coordinator tells them that Kelly is the bride and she doesn’t have her phone on her. He says he didn’t know I was the bride. The driver had been at the Rangers game and got lost on the way to the wedding (in Lewisville). She tells them that we’ve already made other arrangements and are doing our grand exit now and leaving in a friend’s car. He says that according to our contract (that he never sent me) that I can’t cancel just because they are late. I’ve been trying to call him since the wedding and they won’t respond to my voice-mails again. I finally disputed the charge (which was higher than the price I was quoted) with my credit card.

We booked this company for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding. The driver for our rehearsal dinner showed up late and intoxicated. We had to send him away and arrange last minute alternate transportation for 20 people to go 30 miles away. The company then sent another driver to pick us up from the dinner but proceeded to overcharge us. The next day they called just hours before the wedding to let us know that the specialty vintage limo we had booked to drive away in was not working and would not be able to pick us up. Then after this hideous service they overcharged our credit card (over $700). After repeated attempts to get them to credit our card we had to file a dispute with our credit card company. When the dispute went through Texas SUV just decided to charge our credit card again instead of resolving it. We ended up having to change our credit card number. It took nearly four months to get it resolved and the only reason it was resolved was due to numerous phone calls, letters and working diligently with Citibank.
