Jayme/The Dish Delish was great. We wanted to do a pizza theme and she ran with it- came up with some fantastic gourmet pizzas that were cooked on the grill! Our guests loved it! Guests could even request custom pizzas using the toppings available. We also had salad and some passed appetizers that were delicious. I changed my mind on the salad a few times on Jayme was very accommodating. Jayme brought along a few people to help/bartend/grill and they were all very nice and did a great job. We provided the alcohol/drinks, but the bartender created a sangria with what we provided that was a big hit. Jayme was very professional and did a great job overseeing things the day of the reception- showing up early, helping set up, and helping run the show during the reception. All-in-all it was great having Jayme involved! Would definitely recommend!

Jayme was wonderful to work with - very enthusiastic and had great ideas. She was flexible and accommodating. Here is a sample of our menu:

Passed Appetizers:
• Brie on a Gingersnap with Blueberry Preserves and a Mandarin Orange Sliver
• Sweet and Hot Shrimp in a Wonton Nest
• Flank Steak and White Bean Spread on English Cucumbers

Main Course:
• Ham Biscuits with a Cranberry Dijon Mayonnaise
• Fruit and Cheese Displays with Strawberries, Grapes, Pineapple and Fresh Melon. Cheeses included Cabot Reserve Sharp Cheddar, Aged Gouda, Boursin, Asiago, Havarti Dill, Jarlsberg, Danish Blue and Herbed Cheve.
• Antipasti Platter with Gourmet Herb Sausages, Prosciutto, and Genoa Salami. Assortment of Gourmet Olives, Tapanade Spread, Hummus, Taziki, Spinach and Artichoke Spread, and Spiced Crab Spread served with Artisan Crackers.
• Crudite - Asparagus Spears, String Beans, Baby Carrots, Cauliflower and Radishes. Served with a Danish Blue Cheese Dip.
• BBQ on a Petite Potato Roll with Coleslaw
• Chicken Salad on Petite Croissants
• Gourmet Salad Greens
• Tomato, Baby Sweet Corn and Asparagus Salad dressed in a Herbed Balsamic Drizzle.
