Glover Mansion was a great choice for me because I didn't want to do the DIY or decorate. The mansion is so beautiful that you don't need to decorate yourself.
I added it up and by the time i rented everything for a DIY I was better off going to Glover. To cut down costs I did a pasta and chicken buffet. Everybody raved about the food and they worked with me on gluten free options.
The bridal room and groom's room is great as well.
However some things that were seriously disappointing:
They did not get their ushers out therre directing traffic so my maid of honor had to. I got stressed and didn't want to finish pictures because everybody was seeing me.
They told my in law's table that they were out of cake. I had enough cake for 300 people and had less than 150!!
They said the cost included flowers in the entry way..no flowers. Also there isn't an actual florist there. It is the coordinator, Nicole. If you want professional flowers, pay the money elsewhere.
They told my husband and I during dinner that they would box up the food and so we could take it. They didn't tell anybody else though and I didn't have time to assign that task to somebody. Therefore we didn't receive our top tier of the cake or the food. Also my hand engraved flutes went missing.
Though nobody noticed these details and everything turned out beautiful. I wouldn't change the venue location if I could.

Also I was working with a lady and she quit in the middle. So the event got transferred to Jodie, who relays it to Nicole. Details were lost. Just be aware that the person you are talking to is not your coordinator.

With everything that is included I believe it was a great value. Jodie is great.

Our wedding was January 30th 2016. It was absolutely perfect! The staff were wonderful and helpful to our guests. The food was amazing, we got a to-go box to take home so we got to enjoy twice! The whole process was of planning was very easy. Emails were replied to quickly and all questions were answered. I have zero complaints, it was worth every penny to us!

The Glover was an amazing venue. The mansion itself is beautiful. We added a few extra decorations and it just made the whole place come alive. One of my friends posted that they were attending a wedding at Downton Abbey, and it does feel that luxurious.

The staff was amazing. Kelsee worked with me in person and via email. She managed to find times to show me the mansion on short notice when I was visiting town. Brittany was my day of coordinator. I was honestly nervous about having someone I hadn't met be my day of coordinator, but she already knew every detail we had discussed with Kelsee. She also successfully organized 8 bridesmaids and 9 groomsmen for the rehearsal and do ceremony.

The food was great and they boxed up the extras to take home. We got the diamond package and it was worth every penny. We got two proteins per guest, which was halibut and sirloin. Both were cooked to the right level of doneness, which is impressive for a buffet.

There is a large bride suite and groom suite, so I was able to have space and privacy when bustling my dress or sneaking out of my heels and into my uggs. The sun room overlooks the backyard and is a beautiful space to sign your marriage certificate.

We had the ceremony, dinner, and reception all at the mansion. The staff seamlessly reset the rooms between each section of the wedding they managed the decorations as we wanted them set, and even added extra touches I hadn't thought of.

My husband and I had so much fun and didn't have to stress about anything. It was a magical event thanks to the professionalism and beauty of the mansion.

We had our wedding here on October 2nd and our Rehearsal Dinner here the night prior, and we can't rave enough about how smoothly everything went! Our wedding day was flawless. Kelsee always responded to my emails immediately. Brittney, our coordinator the day of, dealt with our crazy fun friends and was very organized. The food was excellent and the staff seemed friendly. I have not received my photos yet, but the ones i have seen on facebook have been stunning because the place itself is gorgeous!! The only thing I was upset about is that after we had exited the Mansion, the staff was going to throw away all of our decorations! Luckily my mother and MOH were gracious enough to catch everything before they did. I want to cherish those things even after my wedding day.

We had our daughter's wedding catered by Red Rock catering (Glover Mansion). I have to say that it was the best decision I made! We had an offsite, outdoor location that they had to work with. Not only was the food delicious but the presentation was spot on. They had two members of their staff there and they were friendly and professional. The guests were raving about the food. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their event catered.

Brides be warned! I am honestly shocked at how high a rating other brides gave the venue. The only good thing about this venue is that the mansion is beautiful, so you barely need to decorate at all; the food is catered by red rock catering and it was delicious; and the staff that worked the event- the waiters/waitresses/bar staff only were very courteous.
The bad- In the beginning we had Kellie as our coordinator, then in January when attempting to email Kellie, I got an undeliverable message so I had to email another gal, Kim. Kim stated Kellie no longer worked there! Apparently Kellie gave her notice last November and no one notified us! You would think I deserve to know as soon as possible when this kind of thing happens, after all I am the paying customer.I was later assigned to a new lady, Kelsee. The coordination of my event appeared to be good on the outside. Kelsee agreed to all of my requests. She then told me there would be a different lady the day of event named Nicole who I would meet at my rehearsal walk through. I meet Nicole who THEN tells me I will have another different coordinator the day of the wedding between 10am-2pm, Nicole would not arrive until 2pm. Now on my wedding package I was quote for one coordinator, I would not be so mad that I got 3 if it weren't for the fact that these 3 people did not communicate at all with each other. Everything I told Kelsee I had to repeat to the other 2 people. When I got there, all the things that I asked for from Kelsee were not there, the table layout was wrong eventhough I personally modified the table layout and emailed to Kelsee stating that I expected the tables to look my pdf document and they STILL did it wrong. Plus wrong table cloths& missing pieces of centerpiece. I also made a wedding madlibs for the tables, Kelsee stated staff would not throw away anything we brought, but before you know it, the staff threw them away! I do not recommend this place unless you're just looking for good food.

Amazing job by everyone there! We had a luncheon after the ceremony and the reception there with food also provided by Red Rock. Amazing food, amazing staff, and the coordinator there was incredible! When a drink splashed into my wife's dress, she personally cleaned the spill off. On top of never having to worry about anything, they made for a great location. We still get comments about how great they were to host our large reception.
