We are a Premiere Banquet Facility with many Benefits: conviently accessible to several expressways, accommodations for up to 300 guests, Picturesque setting for memorable events, Outdoor Ceremony site, Panoramic view of the golf course, and a Bridal Suite for getting ready.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Depends on the day , date , year, the vision, and the event. We are very creative and resourceful and can help you every step of the way. Our goal is to orchestrate your "Special Moment" and what your vision is.
Do you offer any special services?
We have special packages that we are offering for 2012 and a referral program if you refer another couple to the Woodlands and they book their Wedding here.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
We can provide out door gazebo chairs, chair covers, hanging plants, bottled water for the guests if the weather is warm, and the list goes on. We can provide them at a reasonable cost to the Bride and Groom.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
We have standard linen, china, flatware, crystal and centerpieces that are included in the rental of the room.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
It depends if the Bride and Groom are hosting a sit-down served meal , family style, or a buffet. It varies with each event.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
We do not require vendors from a specific list, however we supply couples with a list of suggestions of many if they need some assistance.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
The client is responsible for bringing in their own musicians. Again we can help the Bride and Groom every step of the way.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Bridal Suite for the Bride and her attendants.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
How many power outlets does the venue have?
we have many power outlets.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
We do not allow any decorations to be affixed to the walls of the facility, and that glitter, confetti, rice and birdseed are not permitted.
If your site is in a public location, is the client required to get any permits?
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
Yes, we are able to host a Banquet and a Golf outing at the same time.

Simple but elegant. Three private stalls with light wooden doors, good taste in wall paper, and a side room for the bride and her attendants.
