What do your packages include?

How many photographers do you work with?
Typically just myself unless your Collection includes a second photographer. Longer days I may hire an assistant to help out too.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Only one event per day and limit myself up to two weddings per weekend (i.e. one on Saturday & one on Sunday, etc.)
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I use all Canon digital gear and have back ups of everything (camera bodies, flashes, lights, lenses, etc.)
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I offer various Collections and A la Carte options.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Meal required at dinner time for myself and second photographer where applicable.
Do you charge for travel?
Outside of the Chicago Metro area yes.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
I will blog a couple best of the best a few days after your wedding (we are just as excited to see the photos and share them as you are!) The whole event will be posted four to six weeks after your wedding.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Online for six months and Clients keep their DVD and proof book forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, but only on my website or wedding related advertising.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes a high resolution DVD of digital negatives is included in every Collection and can be added for a fee with a la carte packages.
Will images be available for viewing online?
What kind of albums do you offer?
Flush mount and coffee table options are available and all come with custom design consultations.
When will the client get the final album?
Six to eight weeks after they approve their final proof.
