What do your packages include?

Do you have liability insurance?

I edit and tone each one of my photos so that each one is individually unique.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Because of my 12 years working in newspapers, I have shot in every lighting, setting you name it condition possible. I have to go in and get the best shot. Every time. Period.
Is your media preference film or digital?
I shoot digital, but film is available upon request and at additional cost.
How many photographers do you work with?
I work with my self, but can do a second shooter if needed.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I never book another shoot on days I have a wedding, but I will do two engagement shoots in one day/ weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
This has never been a problem, but I do.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I bring two cameras and assorted lenses and also a reflector and flashes.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I have packages that start at a certain price for 5 hours. You may add hours at additional cost.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
$150 an hour.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I don't require a meal, but it is nice to have a break once everyone is eating. I do require water or access to water.
Do you charge for travel?
Not in the Reno/Lake Tahoe area. Out of area (like to Sacramento, San Francisco, or Los Angeles, there is added travel costs.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
I have the proofs edited with in two weeks after the wedding.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Clients get a DVD with hi-resolution photos.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Clients may post photos on Facebook and link to my Facebook page or give me credit. Clients may NOT sell photos to magazines or publish elsewhere.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Kinda, your DVD with hi-resolution photos are your negatives
Will images be available for viewing online?
What kind of albums do you offer?
I offer an 8x10 album with either a photo wrapped hard cover or a hard linen cover with a dust cover.
When will the client get the final album?
Albums are sold A la carte or come with certain packages.
