Villa Parker holds only one event at a time, the entire facility, grounds, and staff are included in your site fee.

Beyond seating and tables, Villa Parker clients are welcome to use any decor we have in house
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Villa Parker has the option to use our in house china, flatware, glassware and floor length table cloths
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
You are required to select from seven different caterers, and are required to use the rental company, valet service, and liquor store if you choose to have those services.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Alcohol is provided through a liquor store, it is delivered here and any unopened bottles can be returned.
If your site is in a public location, is the client required to get any permits?
