I was very disappointed with the flowers from Webber's. The consultant I originally met with 8 months before the wedding actually left the company. The new consultant had to be brought completely up to speed with what I hard originally discussed. I showed the new consultant the pictures from the catalog and discussed a couple of additions to our order. Despite promising me he would email it to me within one day, it took our new consultant two weeks and two phone call reminders to email me a revised price quote. I picked my flowers directly from their OWN catalog (bright blues, purples and greens), but the flowers that showed up at my door were completely different (white with pale blue and pink flowers) - I literally thought I got someone else's order. The wrist corsages I ordered for the mothers and grandmothers showed up as "tussy mussies," something I never once discussed with the florist. The boutonnieres all fell apart by the end of the wedding, and the groom's boutonniere fell off completely EVEN BEFORE THE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN. The flowers we ordered for our sweetheart table were completely different from what we had discussed at our 30-day meeting - instead of tealights with flowers hanging from the front of the table, there were just lillies sitting on top. I was flabbergasted.
