Veronica Arthur has 25 years experience in baking and confectionery art. She is a two-time award winner of the Good Housekeeping Magazine Gingerbread House Contest. Her "Stone Urn and Peony Cake" was featured in the June 2010 issue of Cake Central Magazine. After teaching and coaching her 9 year old daughter in the art of gingerbread house making, Gabriella Arthur placed 2nd in the youth 9 yr- 12 yr old category in The National Gingerbread Competition 2010 at the Grove Park Inn in Ashville, NC. Veronica recently developed several Tex-Mex/Southwestern style recipes for Spike's brand salsa (by LiDestri Foods Inc.) to use on their website.
