Yes we do provide demo DVDs on request.
What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
We cover all gambits of wedding and live event cinematography. From raw footage to traditional long form edits, as well as the more popular and personally favorites short film style.
Describe any special editing services you offer:
We over custom interactive DVD menus. We also provide digital wedding albums that you can view on your iPad and or iPhone.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Yes we have lighting to speak to any situation.
How many videographers do you work with?
Between 1 to 4. It all depends on what you are looking for. The great hing about us is that we do not subcontract any of our work. Which means the people you book with are the same people who shoot, edit, and complete your wedding films. So the consistency and care is there.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Yes you do because we are the cinematographers.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes we do.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
In a day no, in a weekend yes, but only if it does not conflict with another prior engagement.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes we have specific filmmakers that can provide shooting services if we are unable to make it. They will provide the same level of quality.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We shoot with DSLR camera like the 5D Mark 3 and the 6D. We carry an array of lighting, steady-cam equipment, and everything between. We also have heavy duty gear like cranes etc.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes we always have backup gear form all our cinematographers.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We don not take breaks throughout the day unless there is a little down time. We do require meals and seats be provided for all crew that has been assign for the day.
Do you charge overtime?
Yes if we are schedules for a specified time and that has expired we will charge additional rates.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Only if requested and not before providing the final edited product.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?
Yes we do, but we will not use it in any inappropriate ways.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
Yes, but it is very limited. We are open to suggestions for music, specific events that happend throughout the day, and minor adjustments. The overall creative process flows from our team to keep things running smooth and efficient.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Between 60-90 days and this may very if the client does not provide all of the material they want included in the final product.
Do you require a minimum number of hours to book?
Yes, at least 2 hours.
