Think an eco-friendly wedding has to skimp on style? The new green wedding is filled with fabulously chic details, sweet little luxuries, and glamour galore.
A bouquet of succulents is more sustainable than cut flowers and every bit as stylish. This arrangement by Meg of La Partie Events includes yellow crespedia balls, yellow yarrow and papyrus.
Adele Wechsler Eco-Couture bridal gowns are made of certified organic vegetable-dyed silks and use fair trade labor.
Luxury eco-friendly invitations and wedding stationary by artisan letterpress Bella Figura.
Recycled elements add style and personal meaning to a wedding. These boutinnieres are made out of repurposed pages from Homer’s The Odyssey. Photographed by Pat Furey.

I love the idea of a green wedding!–That’s why mine will be as green as possible.
I don’t really like the idea of having a green bouquet (sorry but they just don’t compare to a bouquet of orchids) but I’m loving the invitations in this post.
I also got clear address labels from Bachcroft because they’re thrifty and made of 100% recycled materials.
