An Oregon Coast Wedding

There isn’t much I don’t admire about this wedding, held at Camp Westwind in northwest Oregon. Brilliant photographer Kat Speyer of Persimmon Images kindly sent over some amazing photos of Allison ( a.k.a as Mrs. Bear Cub on Weddingbee!) and Ryan’s special day – I love the natural flower arrangements, the bride’s sweet shrug, the setting, the pears, the wedding topper … basically everything!

Some details about the wedding: 

The color palette was inspired by fields of French lavender and poppies – warm colors that work well for a Fall wedding. The bride’s father made the tree stump cake stand, while the bride herself baked the wedding cake (with a little help from mom!). The couple wrote their own ceremony, and asked Ryan’s grandmother to officiate. The whole wedding was a three day affair, with guests enjoying the gorgeous campgrounds and relaxing a bit before the grand finale! Allison’s dress was by Monique Lhuillier.
