I love an all white wedding and everything it symbolizes. Pure. Timeless. Tradition…

Photographer Krissy Davis submitted this absolutely stunning wedding.

The beautiful bride, Shannon, was kind enough to share some details from her big day…

We chose the Oviatt because we imagined our wedding in an urban setting in Los Angeles with all the glamour and history of the Art Deco period of the 1920s. The Oviatt Penthouse has such an exciting history, being the first Deco building of Los Angeles. The penthouse has amazing views and the interiors are well preserved. If those walls could talk!

I loved the flowers!! We worked with all ivory and blush colored flowers with a hint of green and lots of peonies, which are my favorite. I completely trusted my floral designers from Hoot and Heart to use their creative abilities once I had given them the initial direction.

After much back and forth with selecting a cake, we took the recommendation of working with a smaller shop “Cake Monkey” and came up with our own concept. We provided an assortment of vintage silver trays borrowed from family and friends and set the large cake table with a variety of the best tasting and most beautiful mini cakes, cookies and confections. It was not only gorgeous, but interactive and suited all pallets.
