Did you know that a couple can ‘marry themselves’ in Colorado?… as in, without an officiant.  How cool is that?  I actually really like the idea.  Vanessa and Atiq did just that– take a peak at part one of their adorable elopement and picnic in Denver, Colorado.   This cute wedding was photographed by Melissa of Fresh In Love Photography.

I looked long and hard for my wedding shoes … or I should say sandal! I was kind of suprised by the lack of cute bridal footwear options, and lots of them really looked like they were something my mother would wear. Badgley Mischka definitely does it right in that category - but the other option I LOVE is simply dressing up a cute pump or any sandal with some special accessory. Enter Linden Lovebirds! They have created these adorable shoe clips to dress up any pump or sandal — and turn them into special occasion footwear for around $25. Love that!

Lillian and Leonard wedding photography is capturing some absolutely stunning weddings in their neck of the woods -  Scotland! This couple’s wedding took place in Glasgow’s West End - and it was simply a wedding of two. The only other one’s there were the photographers. Even so, they made sure it was an absolutely lovely event - just for them. Awwww!!! I am a little obsessed with the bride’s dress, I must admit.

There is something about this wedding that caught my eye… I love the fact that this couple integrated different things that they love into their special day, including cowboy boots, romantic florals and family heirlooms. The coolest thing? It all works together, proving that you can incorporate several themes into a wedding. The super-talented Stephanie Williams shot the wedding - if you havent seen her work you definitely should!

I just love how Anjuli Paschall of Photorange captured the sweet, simple details of Alisa and Philip’s big day.  The pop of hydrangea blue against vibrant orange… the delicate ceremony decor… and the perfect shot of the bride and groom at an old-fashioned pub.
