These simple and pretty favors are easy to create, with a few craft store boxes and some acrylic paint! We made them for a modern, minimalist style wedding, but use your imagination and add colors and candy to match your own style and color theme. Each box costs approximately $0.50.

You will need:

Kraft paper boxes

acrylic paint

paintbrush

box filler

candy in the same color as the paint

wax twine

Directions:

1. Paint either the lid or the bottom of the box. You can switch off to make it fun!

2. Let dry for about 20 minutes. Ours needed two coats.

3. Once the two coats are dry, fill the boxes with paper filler and candy.

4. Tie with waxed twine!

5. Display at each place setting for your guest to take home.
