Real Wedding Sneak Peek: A Meet and Greet

Posted on July 27th, 2012 by Kate. Filed under Destination Weddings.

Next week’s real wedding is not just a one-day affair, but an entire weekend of gorgeous in the Bahamas.  I thought that we’d kick off this weekend with a peek at Kristin and Broen’s inaugaral wedding event:  A meet ‘n greet on the beach!  Kristin’s parents hosted the gathering at the Bimini Cottage at Pink Sands Resort; the fabulous Jenelle Kappe was in residence to capture the wedding weekend- start to finish!

I just LOVE that pic of them kissing… and what a perfectly stylish party… from the pillows to the lanterns to Kristin’s beach-perfect maxi.  Guests shared hors d’oeuvres and cocktails and got cozy for a weekend of fun. The party continued well into the night, and shifted from the cottage to the beach, where Ben from Little Island Design had a gorgeous bon-fire lounge waiting.  This is just the start… but  it’s all that I’ll reveal until Monday!  Head back here next week to see Kristin and Broen’s exquisite rehearsal dinner and beautiful wedding…. and in the meantime… have a perfect summer weekend ♥
