DIY Wednesday: All Full of Hearts Guest Book

Having a dusty guest book stowed away has long been a bridal concern. Instead, use this creative idea to design a memorable piece that you can display easily and look back on for years to come. Turn your guestbook into a heart-felt work of art for your newlywed abode and, at any moment, flip it over to be reminded of the loved ones who stood beside you.
To make the full of hearts guest book:
Step One. Download the heart template and print as many as you’ll need for your guests.
Step Two. Cut out the hearts and set them out on your wedding day, along with basic markers and a little note instructing guests to write on the back.
Step Three. Purchase a double paned glass frame. They come in many sizes; you might prefer one very large frame to hang above your bed or a compilation of five smaller frames to line a new hallway.
Step Four. Place the hearts in between the two pieces of glass, in a formation that you like. Straight lines with a variety of colors makes for a modern-feeling piece. Secure the frame and hang!

I love the idea! I’m planning a wedding myself so I’m trying to gather all the useful things in one place. I’ve created a topic ‘weddings’ and together with my friends we add things to it. If you’re interested in what I’ve already gathered, check it out and maybe there is something else I can add: http://ping.it/kas/Weddings
