Samantha + Tanner: A Hint of 1920′s Paris

Posted on September 6th, 2012 by Kate. Filed under Real Weddings, Reception.

Samantha and Tanner got engaged in Paris, symbolically creating a ‘lock of love’ on the Pont Du Alexandre III Bridge, throwing the key into the Seine River.  Talk about romantic…  They drew from their epic engagement to plan a wedding with French inspirations, every detail a charming tribute to their commitment to one another.  A day of feather, furs, glitter and glam unfolded, here’s their story in photos by Ashley Rose Photography. Samantha wore a chic, fitted Priscilla of Boston gown; Tanner wore a custom tuxedo with a herringbone button down and bowtie. Don’t they look totally perfect together?!  Shades of plum and indigo gave the palette wow-factor, while simple white pomanders hung along the aisle on the rooftop of  Seven Degrees in Laguna Beach.  The bride’s favorite moment was standing at the altar next to her future husband, as her brother officiated the ceremony. She says, ‘At that moment, all the noise of the outside world faded away as he spoke directly to us. It felt as if we were the only people present.’  After the dashing afternoon ceremony,  everyone headed down to the Media Room for a dramatic, 1920′s Paris-style reception.  Guests scooped up vintage key escort cards as they made their way into the glamorous party, which was outfitted with crystal chandeliers, tall feather centerpieces, and the glow of magenta light.

Samantha’s advice: ‘Take the boring traditions you don’t like about weddings and throw them out the window! But most importantly, enjoy every second of it because it really does go by in the blink of an eye.’

A sincere thank you to Samantha and Tanner for sharing their stunning photos and romantic story with us; we’re awe-inspired.

I find a hot place where you meet sexy and rich cougars. I would say dating an older women is great not only because she is your lover but she would also have that motherly instinct with you as well and be able to comfort you like a younger women may not be able to.Plus there would be no games like their could be with younger women. Also their sexual experience is invaluable in bed trust me and they tend to be secure and set in their lives.Just my opinion but an older women is great and that’s nothing against younger women. I am dating hot cougar on this website COUGARLOVING/COM
