Exquisite, Drenched-in-Yellow Real Wedding by Page Bertelsen Photography

Yellow makes me just so happy… However, paired with the exquisite style of Amy Burke florals and stunning photographs by Page Bertelsen, I’m utterly head over heels.  Ashley and Mark met a few times in high school, but it wasn’t until they were both attending SUNY and working at the same restaurant in their hometown of Albany that the two paired up.  About four years ago they moved across the country to San Francisco, where Mark proposed during a wine tour at Domaine Chandon.  Ashley didn’t even see it coming….

The gorgeous bride wore a St. Patrick gown, complete with a lace-embellished cathedral train.  The ceremony was adorned with flowers and petals for days in the golden yellow, white, vanilla, and soft green palette.  Ashley’s two sisters stood by her side as bridesmaids, and an intimate group of just fifty five guests gathered to witness their vows.

Dinner on the terrace followed the sun-kissed ceremony.  Clusters of paper lanterns and more absolutely ravishing florals brightened the already scenic venue.   Although the day was very warm and sunny, around dinnertime a fog rolled in and the temperature cooled thirty five degrees!  The couple wasn’t phased, in fact, they thought the unexpected weather brought everyone close together, as they kept warm on the dance floor.
