I also love setting up a banquet table for just the kids to sit at covered with butcher paper so they can color on it if they want with crayons from their cute little suitcases! If you have several children, ask your caterer to have a kids buffet with the foods they love. It will be so much less expensive than feeding them the regular menu items you have chosen for your adult guests and they will enjoy it so much more! I have seen kids buffets with: P,B & J sandwiches cut into fun shapes like hearts, chicken tenders, tater tots, mini hot dogs, and macaroni and cheese. Have an adult monitor it, as the parents will crash the kids buffet & eat more of the kids food than their own! Great ideas!
