Allison and Colin were married at Aria at the Jeune Lune in Minneapolis, Minn. on February 22. Allison stunned in a vintage-inspired v-neck gown with gold lace beading. She donned her hair in a vintage glam chignon bun and wore crystal drop earrings. She carried a classic white bouquet of hydrangea and ranunculus, which had a photo of the bride’s late grandmother attached to it. Her ‘maids looked fabulous in long-sleeve champagne sequined dresses. The groom looked dapper in a dark blue pin-stripe three-piece suit, while his men donned dark suits and champagne neck ties. The pair exchanged vows at Aria, an industrial event space downtown. “The amazing beaded gold lace on my gown completely inspired the vintage glam feeling I knew would blend flawlessly with Aria’s raw space,” Allison said. They were married under three gorgeous crystal chandeliers and in front of stunning white drapery. A reception followed at the same location. There was a family photo display and vintage style furnishings throughout the space. “I like things clean, white, and fluffy. I knew I wanted a neutral palette,” Allison said. Guests sat at round tables in brown chiavari chairs with glass vase centerpieces filled with carnations, hydrangeas, Queen Anne’s lace, and gold accents. The reception also featured personalized gold foil napkins “It was amazing to see how all our personalized details came together,” Allison said. The menu reflected the places the couple has lived together, which was created by the maid of honor. The dessert display consisted of homemade cupcakes, pie pops, and an espresso cart. ” We loved sneaking off to have our little moments in the gorgeous structure,” Allison said the wedding day. Caroline + Sanket: Colorful Multicultural Park Wedding in New York by Camera Famosa Photography

Caroline and Sanket were married at Congress Park in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. followed by a reception at Canfield Casino on June 29. The couple had two ceremonies at the park, the first one being a traditional Indian ceremony. The bride looked radiant in a mint, pink, and gold lehenga and donned classic curls for the affair. The groom looked dapper in a white sherwani featuring red, gold, and mint embroidery. The groom and his family danced underneath a red umbrella as part of his entrance to the ceremony. They were married under a big structure featuring mint and hot pink draping and stunning floral arrangements. The bride and groom sat in red velvet chairs surrounded by their family in gold chiavari chairs. “Despite the heat, I really enjoyed the Indian ceremony,” Caroline said. “It is hard to appreciate all the details of the ceremony — the colors, smells, sounds– unless you’re right there in it.” A traditional American ceremony followed, and the bride changed into an A-line gown featuring a beaded sweetheart bodice and a tulle skirt. She wore her hair in a delicate updo and carried pink peonies, garden roses, and succulents. Her ‘maids rocked long pink chiffon gowns with various necklines. After the second ceremony concluded, everyone moved to the Canfield Casino for the reception. The venue featured high ceilings and stained glass windows. The tables were decorated with bejeweled votive candles, mint and gold table numbers, and light pink compote vases filled with roses, peonies, and hydrangeas. The escort cards had a pink, blue, and gold pattern on them that was reminiscent of their invitation style. Guests ate and danced the night away, and indulged in a one-tier buttercream cake with a gold lasercut topper and adorned with flower petals. “Be unique and personalize your event to you and your partner– don’t compare your wedding to friends’ weddings or Pinterest,” Caroline said. Pepa + Caleb: Vintage Midwestern Summer Barn Wedding by Dan and Melissa Photography
Posted by Sarah Title. Filed under Real Weddings

stitchPhotos: Dan and Melissa Photography;  Hair and Makeup: Katie West of Impres Salon Spa; Gown: Maggie Sottero from The Dress Shop; Groom’s Attire: Kenneth Cole; Jeweler: Pomeroy Jewelers; Flowers: Hagstroms Flowers; Groom’s Attire: Kenneth Cole; Caterer: Larry Burdek of Chef’s Pride; Cake: Ruth Ann Segovia; Shoes: Crown Vintage; Venue: The Stanley Barn

Pepa and Caleb were married at The Stanley Barn in Buckley, Mich. on August 23. Pepa stunned in a vintage-inspired v-neck lace gown with a crystal belt. She donned dangling crystal pearl earrings and wore her hair in a low sideswept chignon. She carried a summery bouquet of hydrangea, baby’s breath, spray roses, lilies, pink delphinium, and ferns. Her ‘maids opted for short dresses in various shades that matched the overall color palette. The groom and his men looked handsome in dark gray three-piece suits. The ceremony took place outside in front of the barn and a large tree. “I definitely would have never thought I’d get married in a barn in the middle of nowhere! In the end, I know I received a dream wedding,” Pepa said of the wedding’s location. “It was more beautiful and magical than I could have ever imagined.” After the pair exchanged vows in front of 175 friends and family members, they moved into the barn for the reception. Paper lanterns, string lights, and antique-looking chandeliers illuminated the space. “Instead of a country wedding with hay bales and mason jars, I wanted it to be old and vintage-looking,” Pepa said of the decor inspiration. A wall featured old family photos, and they even displayed the bride’s grandmother’s wedding dress. Bright floral arrangements in clear and white glass vases featuring wooden table number plaques acted as centerpieces. The menu was displayed on a chalkboard accented with twinkling lights. For dinner guests enjoyed beef tips and grilled chicken, among other food. For dessert guests indulged in a three-tier fondant cake adorned with frosted ruffles. There was also a popcorn station displaying different kinds of flavored popcorn. “There isn’t one part of our wedding day that is foggy in my memory,” Pepa said. See the full board here.
