I love brides who take a walk on the colorful side! Love the Day revealed this absolutely stunning wedding, which includes nearly every bright color of the rainbow. It is unforgettable.

One of our favorite film photographers has opened up an Etsy Shop called Luca Park and we’re in love. Her stunning fine art prints are now for sale… wouldn’t they make beautiful home décor?  The colors are ravishing.. inspiration for, say, a rich and luxurious wedding day color palette too…

I discovered another brilliant blog: Love the Day! On it is this bride’s wedding day, which was all about ribbons, as you can see. There really is no excuse for a drab party, when all you need to do is head to the nearest craft/fabric store to colorize your day!

What is not to love about Cinco de Mayo? Besides Mexico’s historical victory, I love to celebrate their colorful heritage — and the terrific things associated with it! I am very drawn to events/weddings which embrace their color palette, joy … and tequila! Here’s a little inspiration from Etsy sellers we heart.

I don’t know where I’ve been … but I just discovered the fabulous Down Under venture Cake Ink - who provide not only stationery for your event but the perfectly matching cake as well. What a brilliant concept! Besides that, their cakes and displays are absolutely drool-worthy. Here are some of their recent winners!!! (as Charlie Sheen would say) for me:

This is called a “Moroccan style” Australian Christmas … whatever it is, the color palette, patterns and cake are all precious.

I am really, really counting the days until spring. These fresh color combinations make me so happy and yearning for sunny days. Joy! First up: Kelly Green and Navy Blue…

I came across this lovely photograph from a sweet Seckel Pear favor DIY we did a while back, and I found the colors just captivating.  What a pretty color palette the shades of green pear and rosy peach would make!

So, I went to it…
