Gazing at these photos, as I am… they take me on this heavenly journey to the South of France. Provence to be exact.  A small house in the countryside… rustic wooden furniture… widlflowers, macarons, chickens running around outside, and (but of course) a lavender field.  My personal heaven, not to mention, pretty inspiration for a rustic French countryside-inspired wedding.. or an out-of-this-world romantic honeymoon. sigh.

When photographer, Danielle Gillett,  married the love of her life, Jeff- they put their heads together with Celeste Duran to create a picturesque wayfarer’s wedding day after session!  The couple incorporated several of their passions (travel, great photography, and their pup Kona) to customize the shoot. The other collaborators include Lani Elizabeth and Shawn Cavlan.   Enjoy!

I just came across this utterly exquisite photoshoot that Jacqueline over at Merci New York styled for Delphine Manivet.  sigh.  {this is love}.  The pretty pics were taken by, none other than, Elizabeth Messina.. and there was a team full of talented experts that pulled this off… Oh.. did I mention the dresses?  the dresses, the dresses. positively regal.

I was so excited when I received this Real Wedding in my inbox.. After taking a peek at the photos, I realized that the groom was a friend of mine from my college days!  Gina and Mark are such a gorgeous couple.. and their city wedding was totally exquisite.  In fact, the bride did such an extraordinary job with planning all of the décor and details… her friends have begged her to help plan their weddings and she’s started up a little business- White City Weddings.  Clary Pfeiffer photographed a few portraits in film.. which I LOVE… but you can also see the full digital and film spread in our Real Weddings Gallery!

Not only do Jonny and Michelle of Paper Antler take really beautiful photos… they are also really, really cool.  Like I-wanna-be-like-them kind of cool.  Take a look at Katie and James’ sweet wedding below, then I’ll explain…

Cute couple, huh? Anyhow, back to how cool Paper Antler is.  They’ve come up with something called the Fifty Nifty.  As in.. Jonny and Michelle are planning to shoot 50 weddings in 50 states in 2012.  For each wedding they shoot, they’ll donate $1,000 to She Dances, an organization that works to support women and girls who are victims of human trafficking in Honduras. I literally got chills when I heard about their mission. That’s $50,000.  So… if you’re getting married in 2012… in one of the 50 states.. think about it.  K.. that’s all.  Oh, Jonny and Michelle… if I happen to get married in 2012.. well, I’ll definitely book you.  See more on the Fifty Nifty in the video below or over here.
