Jennifer and Matthew were married at the DeBordieu Club in Georgetown, S.C. on October 25. Jennifer looked flawless in an A-line gown with a sweetheart neckline and a bejeweled sash. She donned her hair in an updo and carried a bouquet of white and blue-tipped hydrangeas wrapped in navy blue satin. Her ‘maids opted for navy blue floor-length chiffon gowns. The groom looked dapper in a tan suit with a blue neck tie. His men looked handsome in more casual attire, tan vested suits. “We were married on a perfect South Carolina fall day,” Jennifer said of the weather. “There wasn’t a cloud in the sky and it was a perfect 70 with a cool ocean breeze.” The pair exchanged vows in on the courtyard of the DeBordieu Club in front of 100 friends and family members. Guests sat in white folding chairs constructed in a semi-circle arrangement. A cocktail hour followed on the club’s porch, right around sunset. A reception followed inside with white linen covered-tables that featured ivory hydrangea arrangements in porcelain vases wrapped in burlap and blue twine. “We didn’t go overboard and our family had fun,” Jennifer said. After dining and dancing the night away, guests indulged in a five-tier white cake adorned with blue and green hydrangeas. “Don’t try to compete, show off or feel you have to go all out,” Jennifer said. What sound advice! See the full board here.

stitchPhotos: Dodge Creative Photography; Venue: Aria at the Jeune Lune; Planner: Hailley Leverty of L’event Management; Hair and Makeup: Brett Dorrian of Brett Dorrian Artistry Studios; Gown: San Patrick from The Wedding Shoppe; Shoes: Milk & Honey; Invitations: Pomp Designs; Bridesmaid Dresses: Aidan Mattox from Bloomingdale’s, Saks, Neiman Marcus; Chandelier Rental: Apres Party and Tent Rental; Vintage Furniture Rental: The Vintage Type; Dessert: Haley Wilson and Cocoa & Fig; Espresso Cart: Elite Espresso; Ceremony Musician: Krasimir Bakardjiev of Notecracker String Quartet; Officiant: Dan Anderson of Christ Presbyterian Church

Allison and Colin were married at Aria at the Jeune Lune in Minneapolis, Minn. on February 22. Allison stunned in a vintage-inspired v-neck gown with gold lace beading. She donned her hair in a vintage glam chignon bun and wore crystal drop earrings. She carried a classic white bouquet of hydrangea and ranunculus, which had a photo of the bride’s late grandmother attached to it. Her ‘maids looked fabulous in long-sleeve champagne sequined dresses. The groom looked dapper in a dark blue pin-stripe three-piece suit, while his men donned dark suits and champagne neck ties. The pair exchanged vows at Aria, an industrial event space downtown. “The amazing beaded gold lace on my gown completely inspired the vintage glam feeling I knew would blend flawlessly with Aria’s raw space,” Allison said. They were married under three gorgeous crystal chandeliers and in front of stunning white drapery. A reception followed at the same location. There was a family photo display and vintage style furnishings throughout the space. “I like things clean, white, and fluffy. I knew I wanted a neutral palette,” Allison said. Guests sat at round tables in brown chiavari chairs with glass vase centerpieces filled with carnations, hydrangeas, Queen Anne’s lace, and gold accents. The reception also featured personalized gold foil napkins “It was amazing to see how all our personalized details came together,” Allison said. The menu reflected the places the couple has lived together, which was created by the maid of honor. The dessert display consisted of homemade cupcakes, pie pops, and an espresso cart. ” We loved sneaking off to have our little moments in the gorgeous structure,” Allison said the wedding day. Caroline + Sanket: Colorful Multicultural Park Wedding in New York by Camera Famosa Photography
Posted by Sarah Title. Filed under Real Weddings

stitchPhotos: Camera Famosa Photography; Reception Venue: Canfield Casino; Makeup: Erin Marzilli; Shoes & Accessories: Kate Spade; Flowers: Fleurtacious Designs; Gown: Allegria Bridal; Makeup: Erin Marzilli; Men’s Attire: Tuxego; DJ: Music Man Entertainment; Ceremony Venue: Congress Park

Caroline and Sanket were married at Congress Park in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. followed by a reception at Canfield Casino on June 29. The couple had two ceremonies at the park, the first one being a traditional Indian ceremony. The bride looked radiant in a mint, pink, and gold lehenga and donned classic curls for the affair. The groom looked dapper in a white sherwani featuring red, gold, and mint embroidery. The groom and his family danced underneath a red umbrella as part of his entrance to the ceremony. They were married under a big structure featuring mint and hot pink draping and stunning floral arrangements. The bride and groom sat in red velvet chairs surrounded by their family in gold chiavari chairs. “Despite the heat, I really enjoyed the Indian ceremony,” Caroline said. “It is hard to appreciate all the details of the ceremony — the colors, smells, sounds– unless you’re right there in it.” A traditional American ceremony followed, and the bride changed into an A-line gown featuring a beaded sweetheart bodice and a tulle skirt. She wore her hair in a delicate updo and carried pink peonies, garden roses, and succulents. Her ‘maids rocked long pink chiffon gowns with various necklines. After the second ceremony concluded, everyone moved to the Canfield Casino for the reception. The venue featured high ceilings and stained glass windows. The tables were decorated with bejeweled votive candles, mint and gold table numbers, and light pink compote vases filled with roses, peonies, and hydrangeas. The escort cards had a pink, blue, and gold pattern on them that was reminiscent of their invitation style. Guests ate and danced the night away, and indulged in a one-tier buttercream cake with a gold lasercut topper and adorned with flower petals. “Be unique and personalize your event to you and your partner– don’t compare your wedding to friends’ weddings or Pinterest,” Caroline said.
