Kimberly and Jeremy were married at Cedarhill Golf and Country Club in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada on May 18. The bride donned a strapless lace fitted gown, and pinned back her soft curly hair with a feathered pin. She carried a soft bouquet of ivory roses, blush peonies, and greenery. Her ‘maids opted for floor-length deep blue one-shoulder dresses. The groom and his men looked dapper in classic black tuxes. The pair exchanged vows in a light-filled tent outside in front of just 75 guests. “We wanted a small wedding, close to our home. It was recommended to us by another couple because the food is amazing!” Kimberly said of the wedding venue. A reception followed inside the golf and country club, where guests sat at round tables covered in crisp white linens. They were greeted at their seats by a thank you note on navy blue stationery and tulip centerpieces. Kimberly’s favorite DIY detail? The re-purposed wine bottle chalkboards used as table numbers. Guests danced the night away, and ate some amazing food of course! See the full board here.

Lauren and Jordan were married at Second-Ponce de Leon Baptist Church with a reception following at Summerour Studio in Atlanta, Ga. on December 29. Lauren stunned in an all-lace wedding gown with a Queen Anne neckline and a classic updo. She carried a bouquet of white hyacinths and hybrid tulips wrapped in lace. Her ‘maids donned long black chiffon dresses. The groom and his men opted for classic black tuxedos. The couple exchanged vows in a traditional church ceremony in front of 150 friends and family members. ” It was an abnormally cold, rainy and gray day for Atlanta. I loved it because it made it feel more like a winter wedding,” Lauren said. A reception followed at a refurbished warehouse where guests sat at long banquet tables in silver chiavari chairs. Some of the tables were lined with candlelit hurricanes, glass goblets, gold mercury votives, pears, and greenery. Other tables featured tall glass cylinders as centerpieces with branches and pears inside. “I tried to have our wedding be a representation of Jordan and I as a couple, so we decided to go with classic and timeless,” Laura said of her inspiration. After dinner and dancing, guests enjoyed an elegant four-tier cake with a giant fondant flower. Friends and family members were given boxed doughnut favors as a thank you from the newlyweds. The couple was sent off into married life with sparklers! “There will be so many ups and downs throughout the planning process, but you have to remember to let the down times go.” Lauren said.
