Jessica and Galen were married at the Crossed Keys Inn in Andover, New Jersey on August 17. Jessica looked stunning in an all-lace fit ‘n flare strapless gown accented with a satin sash. Her hair was in a curly partial updo and accessorized with crystal drop earrings. She carried a bouquet of au lait dahlias, garden roses, silver brunia berries, tied together with a lace ribbon. Her ‘maids wore short blush chiffon dresses with various necklines. The groom and his men looked dapper in dark suits and neck ties. The pair tied the knot in a garden at the inn behind an old barn. “We wanted the aesthetic to reflect a vintage chic feel,” Jessica said. “We didn’t want a sleek, modern, fancy theme. Rather, we were attracted to the simple charm of an outdoor tent wedding that would allow us to infuse small, unique design touches.” A tented reception followed at the inn. A welcome table displayed a framed escort card board, photos of the couple, and mercury glass votive candles. In lieu of a traditional guestbook, the couple had their guests sign a black and white tree print. Friends and family sat at round tables with white linens and gray table runners, with flowers and wooden table numbers as the centerpieces. Guests enjoyed a three-course meal and danced the night away on the dance floor. “The band gathered all the Muhlenberg alumni on the dance floor and with about 40 friends from our Alma mater in one big huddle, we could really feel the love of our friends who have become our family,” Jessica said. For dessert a three tier cake was served and it was adorned with pink and white flowers. “Remember, you’re going to have a blast no matter what unforeseen circumstances arise,” Jessica said. Melissa and Todd were married at Cherry Creek Ranch in Young, Ariz. on April 26. Melissa looked radiant in a v-neck gown with a ruffled back and romantic bow. She wore her hair in a side swept curly ponytail and carried a bouquet of blush roses, succulents, and Queen Anne’s lace. The groom looked handsome in a tan three-piece suit with a mint tie and a feather boutonniere. The pair tied the knot in front of just 50 guests in a barn on Cherry Creek Ranch. “We decided to get married there after doing one of their cattle drives and eating some of the most delicious prime rib we’d ever had,” Melissa said. Guests sat in white folding chairs as the pair exchanged vows in front of a hay wall and a rustic arch made of antlers, gauze, and flowers. The ceremony featured an adorable ring bearer in a khaki suit and a flower girl in a pink tulle dress.  The newlyweds rode off into the sunset on horses after they’d tied the knot. “At first, I thought jumping on a horse was a crazy thing to do in a wedding dress,” Melissa said. “But we were getting married on a ranch in the middle of nowhere and riding off into the sunset is how you say ‘and they lived happily ever after’ in the wild west.”A reception followed at the lodge where guests sat at long banquet tables decorated with white linens, antlers, and boxed floral centerpieces. A game of “I Spy” was placed at each setting for friends and family to play during the reception. They feasted on stuffed chicken and prime rib for dinner, then danced to music from an Arizona country band. A mini-cake and cupcakes sat on a rustic tree slice display adorned with antlers and roses, which the guests enjoyed for dessert. Melissa has three simple rules for couples doing their wedding planning. “Don’t overdo it, don’t sweat the small stuff, and know when to hire a professional.” See the full board here.
