Danielle + Justin: An Evening City-esque Fall Florida Resort Wedding By Minerva Photography

Danielle and Justin were married in on the rooftop of Turnberry Isle Resort followed by a reception at Aventura Lakes Clubhouse in Miami, Fla. on November 7. The bride wore not one but two outfits — a strapless satin drop-waisted wedding gown with a beaded bodice, accessorized with a floor-length veil, and a long lace maxi dress with an illusion hemline, while the groom wore a black suit, accessorized with a solid tie. Bridesmaids wore short mix ‘n’ matched dresses and carried bouquets of paper origami flowers. How do-it-yourself is that? The evening ceremony’s aisle was lined with floating candle vases, sheer ribbons across the backs of folding chairs, and a chuppah, which was held by close family and friends. Following the exchanging of vows and rings (and most importantly, the signing of the ketub, a Jewish marriage license, guests were escorted to the ballroom. Tables were decorated with white linens, tall floral centerpieces atop mirrors, and challah, elaborately braided bread that is used to bless the dinner. Dancing continued throughout the night, but it wasn’t complete without a hora. The newlyweds were hoisted up high above the crowd onto chairs to the infectious sounds of the “Hava Nagila.” If that wasn’t enough entertainment, there was also the cutting of the five-tiered square fondant cake featuring a crystal chandelier topper. As if they needed more sweets, mini dessert shot glasses were passed out as late night snacks too. See the full board here.

Tiffany and Michael were married at Barrier Island Sanctuary followed by reception at Ryckman Park in Melbourne, Fla. on November 16. ”I always wanted my wedding in a garden, and Mike always wanted to get married on the beach,” Tiffany said. “We compromised and had both!” The bride wore a v-neck lace fit ‘n’ flare wedding gown, accessorized with her hair in a braided updo, while the groom wore a tan three-piece suit, accessorized with a white tie. Bridesmaids wore mint chiffon dresses and carried bouquets of garden roses, hydrangeas, and berries. “Seafoam is my favorite color, so that was an easy choice,” she said. Tiffany walked down the aisle arm-in-arm with her dad as a rock and reggae band played. How cool is that? Following the nuptials, all 95 guests were seated underneath a tent. Tables were decorated with white linens, coral napkins, and gold charger plates. Notice the “Mint to Be” tins? Those served as fresh favors. The newlyweds performed their first dance to Lauryn Hill’s cover of “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You,” but “our guests didn’t want to leave the dance floor at the end of the night!” Tiffany said. Good thing they didn’t miss out of the wish lantern send-off! See the full board here.

Ashley and Misha were married at the Boca Beach Club in Boca Raton, Fla. on May 25. ”I always envisioned my wedding being on a beach, but then realized that can get very messy for guests,” Ashley said. “We chose the Boca Beach Club, which is a Waldorf Astoria hotel. We decided to get married before sunset by their gorgeous pool, which had a backdrop of the beautiful ocean.” The bride wore a sweetheart ball gown, accessorized with a braid updo and jeweled hair comb, while the groom wore a black suit and tie. Bridesmaids donned long purple chiffon dresses and carried all-white bouquets filled with hydrangeas and roses. Before the ceremony, Misha sent a text message to Ashley reminding her that this is the #bestdayever. How tech-savvy? But she was already enjoying her sip of bubbly and spritzing with Cartier. “Before we say, ‘I do,’ we’d love a photo of you! So, as a request we ask each and every one. It will only take a while, please give us a smile!” was displayed on a chalkboard as guests arrived. In addition, they were asked to sign bottles of wine and grab ribbon wands too. Crystal chandeliers lit the ballroom, the sweetheart table had an AMAZING pinwheel wall from behind, and the five-tiered cake was ombre! See the full board here.

Ashley and Aaron were married at The Smith Ranch in Orlando, Fla. on November 9. The couple first met in college. ”It all started with a sticky note he left for me asking for my phone number,” Abby said. “He was such a gentleman and so career-motivated, which was very refreshing.” They originally wanted a church wedding, but decided to have an outdoor wedding to be where they spent a lot of time fishing, hunting, and having cookouts. Aisles were decorated with hay bales, burlap, and lots of baby’s breath. The bride wore a strapless ballgown with a lace bodice, accessorized with her loose blonde curls half-up/half-down, while the groom wore a white-button down shirt, dark washed jeans, and a black blazer. Bridesmaids wore dresses in neutral shades that they chose themselves along with cowboy boots! The reception followed with their first dance to “Me and You” by Kenny Chesney. Fun fact: the wedding cake topper was also used at Abby’s parent’s wedding! See the full board here.
