Allison + Robert: A Sleek Yellow and Silver City Wedding by Cage & Aquarium
Posted by Sarah Zlotnick. Filed under Real Weddings

“We wanted to have a fabulous cocktail party/sumptuous feast/riotous blowout (briefly interrupted by a laughter-filled ceremony) in a totally unique space,” says firecracker bride Allison of today’s real wedding. Did she and new husband Robert get it? We certainly think so. Their Chicago wedding was held in a private residence that could essentially double as an art museum, and we love that they took to the city streets for their portraits. Fans of sleek city weddings, this one’s for you! Special thanks to Cage & Aquarium for sharing the day with us.

Ashley + Dustin: A Luxe Vintage Wedding by jHenderson Studios
Posted by Kate. Filed under Real Weddings

Calling all glam brides! Get ready to be wowed by the amazing tablescapes in Ashley and Dustin’s Nashville wedding. From the glitzy chandeliers to the rhinestone-wrapped centerpieces, we’re loving the way this couple blended urbane and vintage aesthetics to create their own unique cosmopolitan look. Special thanks to jHenderson Studios for sharing the day with us!

“We wanted [our wedding] to feel modern, contemporary, and unique,” says the bride. “We wanted it formal, fun, and interactive for our guests, so we selected a great band and included a photo booth. Later on in the evening, we passed out glow sticks for our guests to use while dancing. We also had a live painter documenting the entire event.”

Thanks again to jHenderson Studios for sending over these pretty pictures! If you liked this elegant urban wedding, you should also check out Courtney and Adam’s shabby chic California affair and Katelyn and Brad’s juicy Colorado nuptials.

Jennifer + Eric: A Rockabilly Glam Beach Wedding by Weber Photography
Posted by Sarah Zlotnick. Filed under Real Weddings

We love, love, love when a couple brings their own unique flavor to an unexpected wedding locale. Case in point: Jennifer and Eric. From her glam peep toe pumps to his newsboy cap, it’s clear this Florida duo has a bit of a retro aesthetic. But instead of throwing a Rockabilly wedding in a park somewhere, they exchanged vows right on the beach—and we totally dig the results. Special thanks to Weber Photography for sharing the day with us! Scroll down for a bevvy of red wedding inspiration.

Jennifer and Eric’s love story begins in high school. They flirted in art class all through Eric’s senior year (Jennifer was a junior at the time), but never revealed their feelings. They lost touch for about a year after Eric graduated, but were able to pick things back up not long after that. “It was easy to start our friendship exactly where it left off,” says Jennifer. “After a few months and a couple of dates, we knew we had to be together.”
