Betsy and Adam were married at CeNita Vineyards in Cleveland, Ga. on June 1. Betsy looked gorgeous in an ivory lace and organza strapless fit ‘n flare dress. She accessorized with a silver belt and crystal necklace, and wore her hair in a low updo. She carried a bouquet of peach and pink garden roses, white pincushions, white peonies, and pink astilbe. Her ‘maids opted for a unique skirt and shirt combo, donning light pink skirts and taupe scoop-neck shirts. They accessorized with various statement necklaces and carried bouquets of ranunculus, peonies, stock, and dusty miller. The groom and his men were clad in dark suits and dark blue ties, the groom stood out with a plaid pastel neck tie. The couple tied the knot in front of 150 guests in front of a wooden cross. Guests sat in white folding chairs marked by pastel floral arrangements made by the groom’s family. “I have always loved antiques, so I knew the vintage feel was what I wanted to go for,” Betsy said. “Most of the decor came from various family members.” A vintage welcome table greeted guests at the reception which featured framed chalkboard signage and white porcelain plates for guests to sign. Guests sat at round tables with white linens and a blue and white striped table runner. “I really just wanted a wedding that was relaxing and fun,” Betsy said. “I wanted people to come, sit down, have a good meal and enjoy themselves on our special day.” There were multiple elaborate desserts for guests to indulge in. They filled up on a two-tier white buttercream cake adorned with pastel flowers, a two-tier square chocolate mousse cake topped with fruit, and miniature pies. After eating and dancing the night away, guests were given peanut favors and held sparklers for Betsy and Adam’s send-off, for which Betsy changed into a lace and tulle tea-length dress. “It will all come together,” Betsy said. “I think I have told that to every bride that I have talked to since I got married, but it is so true!” See the full board here.

Christina and Joe were married on the bride’s parents’ beach, with the reception following in their backyard in Traverse City, Mich. on June 27. The bride looked classic with a hint of vintage in an all-lace strapless fit ‘n flare gown accessorized with a jeweled belt and a birdcage veil. She wore her hair in a delicate updo and carried a bouquet of garden roses and lamb’s ear. Her ‘maids donned pale green short chiffon dresses with various necklines. The groom and his men opted for gray suits with matching ties. The couple tied the knot on the beach under a birch tree arch in front of just 40 guests who sat in wooden folding jars marked with floral mason jars. “We wanted to have a small, personal ceremony and reception with just a few close family and friends,” Joe said. An acoustic guitar player and violin player provided the music for the ceremony, as well as the reception, which followed under a tent. Guests dropped notes for the couple into a wish jar, played games such as cornhole and Jenga, and claimed their chalkboard tag escort cards which were clothespinned to a wired display board. “The weather for our wedding day was great – lots of sunshine,” Joe said. The reception featured a summer beverage station with iced tea and lemonade. Guests enjoyed a three tier white cake adorned with pink flowers along with an assortment of brightly-colored macaroons. The couple’s getaway transportation? A subaru decked out with “Just Married” bunting. “The night was capped by a send-off in which we walked out under the glow of sparklers held by our family and friends,” Joe said. What a magical exit! Alexandra + Alejandro: Pastel Springtime California Golf Club Wedding by Gina & Ryan Photography

Alexandra and Alejandro were married at Lakeside Golf Club in Toluca Lake, Calif. on May 31. The bride donned a strapless fit ‘n flare lace gown with a sweetheart neckline and wore her hair in a delicate updo. Her best pals were outfitted in short pink and blue dresses with various necklines. They all carried bouquets with garden roses, hydrangeas, and peonies. The groom and his men looked dashing in gray three-piece suits. The groom differentiated himself from the colored vests and neckties by sporting white. “We did a first look before the ceremony, ” Alexandra said. “It was our favorite part of the day. We weren’t married yet, but looking back, it was our only few minutes of uninterrupted time to just be together.” The couple was married under two large trees by Alexandra’s uncle in front of 170 guests. “We wrote our ceremony and included a variety of cultural traditions, ranging from Spanish traditions from our families, to the Irish tradition of handfasting,” Alexandra said. A cocktail hour followed, and then guests moved inside to a dining room where they were greeted by chalkboard signs. Escort cards guided them to round tables with white linens, gold chiavari chairs, and bright floral centerpieces. Guests chose from a variety of full-service food stations (one of which included a luau-style pig), and enjoyed a beer garden with five varieties of craft beer. Alexandra was incredibly happy with the whole day. “While we didn’t know exactly what we wanted when we started planning, it ended up getting something absolutely classic and perfect for us.” See the full board here.

Kelsey and Carder were married at The Sheerar Museum of Stillwater History followed by a reception at Stillwater Community Center in Stillwater, Okla. on April 13. “Choosing to have our wedding in April in Oklahoma was a huge risk,” Kelsey said. “It’s known to pour in April, but it’s also known to be beautiful. I was so worried it was going to rain, and we would have to take all our pictures inside, but I woke up to the most beautiful day. It was sunny and 75 degrees. The weather was perfect, I couldn’t have asked for a better day.” The bride wore a sweetheart lace wedding gown, accessorized with a pearl necklace and shoulder-length veil, while the groom wore a three-piece gray suit, accessorized with a feather boutonniere. Guests were greeted to the ceremony with a chalkboard sign and were asked to grab paper cones of confetti to throw during the recessional. The backdrop was vintage door panels! “I wanted my wedding to be very personal and intimate,” she said. “I visited my favorite shops in town and antique stores to get ideas. I loved the idea of hand making decorations.” Family photos were displayed on shutters, and items including a ribbon writer, telephone, and video camera decorated tables. The favors? CDs!
