When we started talking about where we wanted to go, talk of a cruise came up. But since we've both been fortunate to go on a cruise before, and since my FI doesn't really like being around large crowds of people, we thought an all-inclusive resort would be the next best option. Since it's all-inclusive, it'll be like a cruise, but on land, which means all our food and drinks (including alcohol) are included.
We've heard good things about Sandal's resorts, so we thought we'd try one out. And with 13 different locations to choose from, I think we finally picked the Bahamas based on the short plane ride we'd have to take to get there.
Sandal's Royal Bahamian Resort has an offshore island, seven restaurants, nine bars, seven pools, six whirlpools, two swim-up pool bars, water and land activities, a spa, scuba diving, nightly entertainment, and a perfect average temperature of 70.1 degrees.
Ooooh yeah! Since all of our drinks are provided, I plan on sipping pina coladas, margaritas, and other fruity and yummy drinks as often as possible! Basically, I plan on enjoying every single second that the Carribean has to offer.
