Hello PW Divas!
So I'm getting a bit restless while I am waiting for the final two catering proposals. I keep looking at the calendar and thinking about ALL the things I still want to do and have not started yet. So, I finally got motivated and started some of my smalled DIY projects.
First is my table numbers. I initially wanted to do a lighted table number this this:
But after my endless search for more fabulous wedding decor, I decided to go with a framed table number like this:
I knew I wanted to have a vintage feel to my centerpieces, so I wanted to make sure I carried that theme onto the table numbers as well. I am also planning to have lots of candle light on the tables, so when I ran into a beautiful mirrored frame at my local Dollar Tree, inspiration struck. So after buying the frames I went over to Michael's (coupons in hand of course...lol) purchased some wooded numbers, spray paint, and tacky glue. I was so excited when I got home, that I immediately started working on them. Two hours later, this is what I ended up with:
The pictures are a little dark, but you get the point...lol. I can't wait to see how they will look on my tables, reflecting the candle light around them. OOOOH so excited!
